TOTR provides us with a great range of products that our customers love. Customer service is always great. Would recommend.

Working with Top of the Range is an excellent thing to do. Orders are processed and despatched very quickly, leading to minimum out of stock items. Goods are of great quality and sell well.

A very efficient service with excellent customer care. When we had unexpected sales our rep ensured we had the stock we needed, even though he was putting himself out.

I had a problem recently with my drinks flask, reached out to Top of the Range to try and buy a spare part for it, which in all fairness I had probably broke by overtightening the top lid. They answered within hours and within days had sent us a completely new flask as a replacement! Excellent service would highly recommend.

I bought one of Top of the Ranges drinking flasks several months ago and haven't looked back!! The flask keeps my brew hot for ages, being able to remove the top lid and be able to sip from it makes it ideal for driving, but we bought them for flying on the South Atlantic flight to the Falklands, a long flight when you need a hot brew to last a long time. The flask also allows me to use coffee bags - far better than the coffee served on board - no offence Airtanker 😀

If I could give them a zero rating I would, I recieved an item that was damaged confirmed by a refund because it was impossible to reach them and my second order got cancelled but they didn't refund me for it. I've emailed numerous time and send me emails to links to a dead end, all other form of contacts don't work. They should not be allowed to do this!!! Absolutely disgusting I'm taking this further

Please be aware when ordering online.
They take the order knowing full well the supplier can't provide the goods.
I had to contact the supplier directly to confirm a order I was waiting for, only to be informed they notified The Rsnge it was out of stock before I placed the order.Yet it was still on their site.
The supplier had provided a refund on the next day after i placed my order, however The Range did not inform me of this & told me to wait for the delivery date.As of today I'm still waiting for my refund.
This is not the fault of the supplier, but the fault of The Range.
For a multi national company they have no customer service number for issues like this.
Their online aftersales system is pathetic.
The Range management take notice of your online sales feed back and satisfaction score.
Im not the only customer who has had this experience.

Are the range online customer service just ignorant that they do not reply , they do not refund and they do not deliver ! They need to be reported for misleading , lacking communication , goods not sent and basically committing fraud

Brilliant company to work side by side with, orders are always quick. Elliot White, my sales rep can not be any more helpful! If i ever have a problem it is sorted straight away. Also gives good recommendations to help build up sales :)

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Quality products and range. As a retail manager working with Top of the range i can only commend the service i have received. Our rep Elliot always goes above and beyond especially in the trying times of the Covid pandemic!!

Working with top of the range for a number of years now with the service they provide going from strength to strength. Working with our representative Elliot White has made it much easier with any issues arising being dealt efficiently. The products supplied are of good quality and sell well at our establishment!

Contacted Top Of The Range for an update on any new products and items we were looking for for our Outlets, especially for a temporary pop up shop that we had to set up. Ian Neve visited and was very helpful, informative, nothing was any trouble, Ian set up Top Of The Range products in The pop Up Shop and we have updated our other units with some new products. We are now ordering direct as on previous orders through Food buy not all products were available and out of stocks, ordering direct in the future hopefully we will know what is available and if they can offer alternative for discontinued or out of stock products
