Bought a Dehumidifier branded Raveno…
Bought a Dehumidifier branded Raveno through a link in amazing review on Top-Reviews allegedly written by Tech Journalist Luke Edwards. The product was delivered promptly from a warehouse in Dunstable, but made in China. The dehumidifier is not fit for purpose, hardly removes any water from rooms or wardrobes etc, even after 24 hours. The Company keeps changing its name and refused to give refunds. Reported this Scam advert to ASA, Action Fraud and Google. Emails from Raveno re my refund do not address my complaint.

Ordered a straw sun hat
Ordered a straw sun hat, but was charged for two. Sent them an email requesting a refund as I only wanted one hat. They never responded tried to cancel payment via PayPal but they said they couldn’t help. The two hats arrived today in the advert on Facebook it stated hand knitted, they are factory made. And there are two labels on the package, one from china and another from the UK. This is the company that were advertising sketcher’s shoes, I ordered them and they were cheap plastic. I did get a refund from PayPal for those. I shall never order anything again from Facebook. It’s a scam any prospective buyer please be very cautious.

This is a SCAM company that is using deceptive YouTube advertisements, namely a garden weed puller, when I checked with Amazon, my "go to supplier" it was half price!!!
And that was because it didn't come with the the wooden handle as shown!!!
Sent two email's requesting a refund but have not heard back at the time of writing.
Scam Company AVOID
I ordered 2 of these suits. They're not linen but a light cotton that's not all that pleasant on the skin. The problem is that I ordered a size up as I wanted it really flow as in the video. When it arrived (a whole MONTH later and not the 7 days UK delivery, although from a UK address LE67) it was more like a size 10! Even a size 10 would struggle to sit in those pants! I contacted for a refund and return and was offered £4, then £5 when I'd spent almost £50! I escalated to PayPal and the company INSISTED I return it to China (tracked) and not the UK address (this would have been cheaper obviously). This cost me £28!! Their trick is for you to either accept £4 or return it to some address in China. PayPal will not allow you to return the item to the uk address either because the seller is insisting on the Chinese address, although they're registered in the UK for business.
Either way your'e out of pocket. This is a SCAM company who advertise the same product under differing names. AVOID!!!
Thornhillshoes.co.uk
thornhillshoes.co.uk
The above website for Thornhill Shoes also using this address. Again this is a scam. Cant return a pair if shoes as when i tried to the Thornhill site disappeared and now connects you new sites that change every day. Sure each of those shopping websites are scams also
Total scam operating from business that is not operating
They sent a completely different item to what I ordered and when I contacted them they said to send a picture of my tracking and what had arrived which I did and now they just ignore all my emails. Complete scam as government website says business no longer operating

These guys ship items within the UK for sellers on AliExpress.
I recently purchased 3 identical items via AliExpress but these guys in Leicester only sent me 1 of the items.
I looked up the UK return shipping address on the package, which is...
Unit G Cedar Court
Walker Road
Forest Business Park
Bardon Hill
Coalville
LE67 1TU
And Google supplied a phone number to call. However the guy that answered the phone said he was in Unit D not G & those in Unit G were scammers. I double checked that I'd called the number for Unit G, and I had.
So the guy who answered the phone was the guy everyone in this review section has been scammed by! 😡
wished i read trustpilot before order
First, they said they were in the UK the first email update was it was with US customs
they messed up my delivery address so my first name and last name were swapped and parts of my address were missing so my parcel is missing in action.
They said I could have a replacement if i paid for the new P&P
-or-
a "full refund" (less the P&P the the cost of the missing item
I was scammed by this site also
I was scammed by this site also! dehumidifier does not work as advertised. The scammers are using Luke Edwards profile (fraudulently). He has an ongoing complaint with google to get the google ad removed.
Please watch bbc radio 4 “dehumidifed” by Polly Weston. She got scammed also and met with Luke.
I was also scammed by this site
I was also scammed by this site. Used their recommendations to buy a dehumidifier that turned up broken and now having trouble getting money back.

Less than 1 star rating - poor quality items
I’ve given Innumerablei one star as I’m not able to give anything less which they deserve. I had ordered German quality stainless steel containers which would double up as grater for vegetables, sieve and bowl. I’d ordered two - 24 cms and 26cms, to give to friends but the stainless steel is of very poor quality and both were dented at the base.
They’ve refused to give me a refund but is willing to send me the same poor quality items as replacement!
They’ve clearly misrepresented the items in their advertisement! These people are nothing less than conmen! Avoid buying anything from them.
