Very bad service

Very bad service. I paid the extra fee for faster delivery and yet the products arrived 5 days late, if I hadn't paid the fee they would have arrived the same day. One of the products is not as ordered and the other is not original, it is a counterfeit Chinese product.

Wrong item received, no refund

Wrong item received, I had to return it at my own expense and I’m still waiting for my refund of the return costs after almost a year. I’ve sent dozens of follow-up messages, they keep replying that it will be processed soon but nothing has been done...

Apalling customer support

I bought a screen protector for my Pixel 9 Pro. I received the product, and the label on the box said it was for my phone—great. But when I tried to apply the foil, I noticed it was the wrong size. Someone probably mixed things up and put a 9 Pro XL foil in the box. No big deal, right? Customer support will help, right? WRONG!

I contacted support, they responded and apologised, saying they would send me a replacement product. After one week, I followed up and asked, "Any updates?" Their reply was, "We are waiting for the product from the supplier." More time passed, so I pinged them again and warned that if I didn’t hear back, I’d initiate a refund via PayPal. Still no response.

I went ahead and filled out the three pages of information required for a PayPal refund. After a few days—SUCCESS! Or so I thought.

They offered me a full refund if I returned the product.

I declined because I cannot return something that is already in the garbage. Since the first support person confirmed the replacement, I naturally discarded the foil after removing it from my phone—it was unusable. Once applied and removed, a foil is only good for the garbage can.

But now they’re asking me to return the product. I honestly don’t know if they’re being stupid or just plain evil.

Sells uncompatible items then gives no refund, no matter what

I am requesting a partial refund for order #567091-202312 as the '3mk screen shield for Pixel 8 5G' is not compatible with Pixel 8.

ISSUE:
The shield is larger than it should be, which prevents the corners and edges from sticking to the device's screen. The shield has been centered on the screen. Using it with a phone case (Spigen) causes it to pop up when touched, allowing dirt to get underneath and potentially scratch or fall off the screen.

The case has been ordered from you in same #order! It is Spigen for Google Pixel 8. Otherwise check video, without case the screen shield's edges are not sticks since oversize. Although, if you say that case not compatible, please refund for Spigen Case.

Hello, but the case is harmless. Only if you want to be sure of compatibility it is good to order a protective glass that is case friendly or protective glass of the same brand in the future.

The worst experience ever !!

The worst organisation ever, its like buying from a small shop on Steet Friday Market and the staff are not happy with there work so nothing will come up good, maybe they scamers not yet sure but I guess mostly yes they are and not to mention the hilarious poor unprofessional customer service!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, BOX EMPTY AND NO RESPONSE FROM TOP4MOBILE

THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE

Order: 502752-202211

I ordered a Wireless Ergonomic Mouse Delux M618XSD last November 21. The package was supposed to be delivered on the 24th.

I did not receive any kind of tracking until I put a claim on paypal to receive my money back in full since it is unheard of for the price of the item no kind of update for so many days.

Fortunately the package was expected to arrive on November 29th and it did. When I received it everything seemed in order until I opened the bag where the box was, with clear marks that it had been opened and WITHOUT THE PRODUCT INSIDE. THEY SENT A COMPLETELY EMPTY BOX. THIS IS HIGHLY UNPRECEDENTED AND A LACK OF RESPONSIBILITY TOWARDS THE CONSUMER.

I HAVE ASKED FOR MY REFUND OR THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION BUT HAVE YET TO RECEIVE ANY KIND OF RESPONSE.

Update: they replied on paypal saying I am the one trying to rob them. I will then try to contact my bank because this is ridiculous
