If your a regular internet user like me....

I am a regular internet user with a limited information of all... I was googleing for a cheap and good domain provider after I've been charged with some hidden and extra services that I have never asked for. Top5HostingSites.com appeared on google search... This guy ( Eric ) just poped-up with that Live Help window while I was checking the top 5 domain provider list in that site.. :) He asked me if I need any help.. I told him what I need and he just cleaned all those clouds and confusing in my mind... Thank you Top5Hostingsites and Eric..
