WhatsApp group setup before we arrived which was great. Pick up / drop off at the terminal was so convenient and waited while we had delays with luggage for over 90mins. First rate service all round!

The renting procedure was fast and correct. The car had a slight difficulty with the gas pedal but overall was a good experience.

Friendly and highly professional, all the way from booking, to pick up and returning. Very convenient with a dedicated WhatsApp group for all communication regarding the rental or question. I highly recommend this rental service!

Great overall experience! Our flight was late in the night, thanks to the WhatsApp chat we had, we were able to meet with a great guy who handed us the keys at 1:30 in the morning. Took some pictures of the vehicle, they sent us all the pictures with the preexisting damages, full tank, great car, hybrid Panda, not so much gas consumed. At the end of our trip, we left it at the parking in the airport, took a picture to show them and left, within minutes they confirmed us that everything was all right, smooth and fast 👍🏻

Very good and clean car. Exact the modell which was ordered. Easy and quick pick-up and drop-off at palma airport parking #5. Video instructions to find meeting point coming from arrival or driving the car back to parking side. Thanks a lot.

This is a scam, liar company without boss who definitely has no heart and no feelings.

We chose this car based on outstanding review score.
We paid for package with “NO excess”. Also I decided to write email to them to be 100% sure I paid for package with 0 EUR excess. They confirmed over email right away. I am attaching the proof fyi. I’m not sure it will be visible in the review.

When we arrived some weird stuff started - their employee warned us that the roof, the lower door, the glass are not protected. I explained that we already paid for everything. So the lady decided to call her boss and ask - he confirmed we are NOT fully protected. We had some 10 min long discussion with the lady, while her boss was on the phone talking to her in Spanish only. So already after 3-4 min long conversation she said the boss cancelled the car.
Needless to say we were shocked. We have a 4 year old child. Also this company promised to provide us with a booster for child seat.
Now we are looking for a last minute car with all the right sides of it - expensive car, expensive seat booster.
