Rented car in February 2025
Rented from Auto Balear In February from Mallorca Airport paid to collect it from the airport and met the rep in the airport car park Car was excellent and we were shown the existing minor scrapes and bumps on the car but I had taken out the all risks Insurance anyway. Car was in great condition and took us round the Island for 5 days I was very wary about booking a Hire car because of the feedback on other companies but I have nothing but praise for Auto Balear Esp The Whats App comunication showing where to find the pickup and the instructions to drop it off at the airport .
Would rent from them again yes anytime

Conveniently located right in town
Conveniently located right in town. The employees were personable and professional. We rented a car for 2 days and drove all over the island, very doable. When it was time to return it we texted them that we were at the store and they came right over.

Excellent company

Consistently Excellent
We live in the UK and have an apartment in Palma that we use frequently - over the years we’ve tried several car hire companies for our trips and Top Auto Balear is the best by far.
It’s reasonably priced, the cars are everything that is needed for driving in the city and around the island and the customer service is consistently friendly and efficient.

This was the first time i rented a car and it was just amazing. The car which i got was very clean and was beautiful. There wasn‘t any problems with the renting or the car.
If i come back to mallorca, AutoTop balear would be my way to go👌🏻

Great car rental group in Palma
The people who helped us were great, responsive to emails, and very helpful. We loved the car they offered us, at no increase in price. We were also very glad to be able to pick up and return the car in Palma, walking distance to our hotel, rather than at the airport.

The owners and employees are very nice, caring, intelligent and have evrrything ready when you arrive. Very easy pick up and drop off.
