The product is great

The product is great, the help desk was fantastic, had a few queries along the way including the timing of the delivery and they did it all with no fuss. Would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Good customer service

Good customer service. Except when put through an order, we were given a rough delivery of a week and then after we paid, it turned into about a month wait. This should have been stated before payment was made.

Some style, little substance.

A visit to the fancy looking showroom was followed by a polished and professional quotation submission. Unfortunately this $100k transaction was backed up by very weak and, at times erroneous, communication ("I know that what I wrote, but what I meant was...") that resulted in additional costs at our end. When approached about this issue, staff were evasive and made no real effort to rectify this.
Delivery of goods was a mish-mosh affair, with most product coming direct from their supplier. As Topaz give different names to product they re-sell, it was very hard to identify delivered product against ordered. Topaz did not provide their own delivery paperwork (instead deferring to their suppliers'), and were not capable of providing a clear breakdown of the assembly components that made up their SKUs. This made it extremely difficult to reconcile full delivery of goods, again adding time and cost at our end.
All-in-all, a commercial experience that will not be repeated.

Topaz is a retailer with products that come from different suppliers with delivery & installation co-ordinated by our installers. As this project was for international delivery, our installers were not involved which created in a breakdown of paperwork and communication.
