I ordered paper that stated online that it was in stock and is available for next day shipping. I have now contacted Big Banana 3 times to get an update on shipping and last email was to get a refund and no reply. It has been 4 weeks since i placed my order. Please do not order from them.

This company has terrible service, I ordered an OKI printer for $1200 and it came faulty, nothing was printing properly. We followed all their advice to fix it, a technician came out, EVEN he couldn't fix it, and now they are wanting to charge us more to fix a extremely expensive printer THAT WAS BROKEN IN THE FIRST PLACE. Glory the customer support woman will not give me a refund and is not willing to help, the customer support and company is a deadright scam.
They won't even allow me to simply return the product for a refund. Unbelievable
