I ordered the vintage green metro tiles for my new bathroom and I absolutely love them! Great value for such luxurious and stylish tiles. My guests say I now have a boutique hotel bathroom 😁 The team at Top Ceramics were really easy and efficient to deal with, and very personal. They wished me luck with my project. Highly recommend. I’ll be back for some kitchen tiles.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I was called when they didn’t have my original order but offered similar alternatives. Then when my tiler needed a few more packs last minute, I was able to collect them. Without the staff, I don’t know what I would have done. My tiles look absolutely beautiful and on top of that I actually prefer the alternatives to my original order. Would recommend to anyone.

Customer support is shocking
We spent in excess of £2k on what we thought were really good quality tiles after buying a sample. Once we received delivery, we discovered damaged boxes and cracked tiles. As per their conditions, you have to reach out within 48 hours of the damage of which we did, I sent photos of every tile that was damaged, and have heard nothing from them in 3 weeks. I have tried to contact them via Facebook, Email, Messenger online chat, and phone, their phone cuts out after the options to tell you that someone will be with you shortly, and radio silence from any kind of written emails and messages.

We finally found the tiles after many hours of searching and are not disappointed. We had to wait a few weeks for the shipment and when delivered the driver was excellent. We have messaged the company to thank him for his friendliness and help. The tiles were well packed and don’t look to be damaged.

Great service, I accidentally significantly overpaid on shipping, and was called by the team to alert me amd refund the difference. Product arrived on time

I have recently ordered from Top Ceramics my tiles for my bathroom and they are lovely. They came well packaged and very quickly. The prices was also significantly cheaper for the exact same tiles from elsewhere. I needed a few extra tiles and I sent a message on WhatsApp and had a quick and helpful response. Really happy with my order and id highly recommend and look here first if I ever needed anything again. Thank you!

Exceptional service and quick delivery I had an issue with flush not functioning properly they sent out replacement next day delivery and it’s working perfect now. Highly recommended.

Avoid this company.

I purchased tiles from Top Ceramics for around £180, and paid over £40 for a 2-4 working day delivery.

Since then:
- 9 days (6 working days) later, I had received nothing, nor any communication explaining why
- After I emailed, I was told the tiles I had ordered had been out of stock (so they took an order they could never deliver on). They were due a restock 8 days after my order, but received the wrong stock. At no stage in any of this did they bother to contact me
- I was offered either a delivery in 2-3 weeks, or a refund. I accepted the offer of the refund
- Since I accepted this offer a week ago, I have neither received the refund or been replied to

To my mind it is appalling behaviour to take someone's money and then dissappear. I recommend avoiding them for your own piece of mind and going to a reliable retailer.

Top Ceramics itself is 1st class but in this case they have been badly let down by their courier, Yodel. Twice Yodel failed to deliver on time without any proper communication with the recipient. The 2nd time they cancelled the delivery with only half an hour of the delivery slot left to run. No explanation!
Top Ceramics on the other hand I couldn't praise more highly, friendly, efficient and quick to respond. Even the canned music on hold is pure delight.

The service from these guys has been superb. First time contacting them and the response from them has been excellent: fast, friendly, approachable. They have gone out of their way to help me and I would award them 10/5 if that was an option!
I’ve just read comments about packaging issues and I can honestly say that the two boxes of samples I received were packaged so well. Nothing broken. So much packaging I needed to cut it all off. I have absolutely no complaints.

Ordered a couple of samples which arrived next day (perfect!), however both were smashed into 3 or 4 pcs which doesn't give me a huge amount of faith about their packaging on larger orders. I've also noticed on their email that the company name is spelled incorrectly on their footnote ( I can't enclose a photo to show it, but it's after the auto signature "Thanks for using topceramics.co.uk!"), so I question the professionalism of this company. The sample tiles are pretty, but I'm not sure I'll be placing a bigger order, especially after reading other reviews here.

Apart from only 6 boxes of tiles instead of the 8 I ordered, the packaging was appalling . ...broken boxes and useless polystyrene pieces. Rubbish!

Avoid this company at all costs! They advertised free next day delivery but never delivered the goods until I started to complaining. After that they delivered the broken sink and no vanity unit. Customer devices are useless as they don’t know what to say or what to invent to the customer.. asked to speak with a manager, but no one available. Also asked for a refund and no email confirming the refund was processed. Save yourself a headache and your money.

The sample I ordered arrived next day. It appeared to be just what I was looking for, so I ordered and my delivery arrived quickly and on the day specified. I am more than delighted with the tiles (Statuario Violet High Gloss) and they look fantastic in my bathroom, at a price which looks much more expensive. I had a couple of boxes left over and spoke with Customer Services, who couldn't have been more helpful. A totally wonderful experience from start to finish. Thank you Top Ceramics

I ordered Da Vinci 120 x 60 wall tiles from Top Ceramicswhich were delivered promptly. Unfortunately these tiles proved impossible to fit properly. They were bowed, which means fixing was difficult and because of the bow they couldn't be fitted brick style as the upper and lower abutment will be uneven. Looking at the photographs of the tiles Top Ceramics website shows them fitted on top of each other - which in retrospect tells me that is the only way you can fit them. The packaging they came in indicated that they were floor tiles. I contacted Top Ceramics to say that the tiles were not fit for purpose and that they should have indicated the difficulties in fitting them to walls. They referred me to an Italian website for guidance, which was of no use at all. They refused to refund the cost of the tiles although they offered to take back unopened tiles. With the cost of transporting them back returning them is not worthwhile. If you are considering using these tiles do be aware of the difficulty in fitting them as Top Ceramics will not point out the issues you will face.
