If you go to Google report you can see they are Indian scammers I've reported it not to their authority but we done something better haha

Bad bad company no telephone number and no response by email, purchased a Scooter for my son birthday who's was turning 16 as soon as it arrived went on it one time and it didn't work agen charging point was loose and exselarater broken no go in the thing really anoyed. They haven't sorted anything out or gave us any money back for a broken scooter trading standards are getting this money back now as they are a scam company.

I bought a scooter for my daughters Christmas and it’s never worked. They refuse to take it back so contacted klarna about it and they weren’t much help either. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!!

I wish I read the reviews on this site before I ordered. I did receive the hoverboard I ordered but it is faulty and does not work. No one replys to my emails and the phone number is invalid. I had such a disappointed daughter on her birthday. I've actually reached out to a different company now to hopefully fix it as 'top chasing' is a complete waste of time. Please avoid buying from this company.

Absolute disgraceful customer service and product! Was sent an incomplete electric scooter for my daughters Christmas present and I’m still getting awful responses about the fact they still havnt sent me the handle or given me a solution to actually get a faulty scooter to work! TERRIBLE company, ruined my daughters Christmas , offering a refund of £5 on a £300 scooter that doesn’t work!! DO NOT BUY!!

Brought scooter for my sons Christmas present. Didn’t come with correct charger. Then after one use it stopped working. Been waiting for a repair or replacement but they keep delaying in helping me. It’s been 20 days since my first complaint and it’s still not resolved and my son doesn’t have a working Escooter… there is no number to call them on only email whic hi takes days waiting for responses please don’t buy from them.

Just as the comment below, I purchased the scooter in September, my daughter hadn't used it much and I went to charge it for the first time last week. To my surprise, the scooter is not charging! It's either the mechanism within the scooter or the actual charger. I have sent an email to Topchasing twice now and they have failed to get back to me. The customer service is absolutely horrific I wish I had read some of the reviews before I purchased the scooter! GET BACK TO ME TOPCHASING!

Brought with good intentions 27/12/2021 never received item. Made a complaint 03/01/2022 - 17/01 still no contact with them. Refusing to refund money. Chasing daily. I have now had to threaten solicitor's with added costs as as Letter will be sent to their address. Very disappointing 🙄

I received the scooter two months ago. The scooter charging part was broken. And I could not charge the scooter. I emailed many times, called many times, massaged, but no one took care of my problem. I could not use the scooter one day.

Got my i9pro in 6 days though it was a bit later.The quality is pretty good. I ride to work every day and I don’t have to crowd the bus anymore. The only drawback is that the customer service took 2 days to reply my email. If faster, it will be better.

Ordered a scooter no idea when it would arrive when it did it was not safe sent 15 emails no response absolutely rubbish site do not use

This site is a scam I fell into the trap so gutted 😢

For those that have not recieved their scooter,stay hopeful,I got mine after 4weeks,I nearly started my money back claim on PayPal.yes,correspondence is rubbish,didn't get a tracking number but it arrived.
But I wouldn't buy from topchasing again

Awful company! Took weeks to arrive the scooter and when it did it was faulty. Contacted them via email but they have failed to reply and it has been weeks since I messaged Topchasing. Stay away from this site and protect your money.

Total scam ! Stay away from this company !
Ordered a scooter more than a week ago and since than , no contact .... nothing. I have been trying to contact TopChasing in all ways possible, no reply. Telephone number they've got on the site is invalid....
I am really concern now on how I am going to get my money back ....

Electric scooter arrived within two working days, It was easy to set up and kids are happy. I would have given 5 star if they replied to my enquiry otherwise all good.

They have zero customer service skills. Avoid them at all cost!

Ordered a scooter for £325 nearly a week ago for my sons birthday, still not received any correspondence from Topchasing, my feeling is this is a complete scam.
I've send a number of emails now and still no response.
Please don't use this company.
