great correction platform!
I am as very happy with topcorrect.
Some sentences were changed so that is didnt mean was it was suppost to. but that was just a sign that i didnt write it clear enough. But other than that alot of very good correction were made that you, as an author dont see yourself. The price is quite cheap for the service they give

First, during and after your correction, you have the possibility to discuss every change with your editor. Unfortunately, you did not take advantage of this opportunity.
Second, all our editors are native English-speakers with many years of experience in editing academic documents. We therefore believe that our editors are too qualified to change the meaning of sentences by mistake.
And third, if the meaning of a sentence is unclear to one of our editors, he/she will always may a comment in your docuement and present you with a better way of phrasing that particular sentence.
We would appreciate it, if you could send us an email mentioning the sentences that, according to you, have been edited incorrectly.

Worst experience with topcorrect so far
Still found a lot of mistakes/some of the things were not corrected consistently. Think it would have been appropriate to leave a comment in case the corrector wasn't sure about some things. Overall, I had the feeling that the corrector was in a rush.

I am very satisfied with the proofreading
I am very satisfied with the proofreading. It improved the readability of the text. A few corrections changed meaning of the corrected sentences. However, without reading of the the results chapters (only Discussion and Conclusions were proofread) it was not possible for the proofreader to avoid these changes.

48 hours express
I have taken the 48 hour proof reading option. Got the document within 48 hours so far so good. After going through the correction there still have been some inconsistancies. (Units differently written, etc.)
Further i wrote my editor that i have used endnote for citation and that he should tell me what was wrong so i could correct it afterwards with the program. He did not read it or whatever and corrected some and my endnote plugin did not accept the document any more. Hence, i had do requote 40 citations.
I also wrote my editor where i can improve my english, did not write back. Actually I am wondering why there is a message box?!
Conclusio: Grammar and text was okay, but i will try a different provider next time, as i am convinced that their must be one with a better service
