We loved our Croatian Holiday. Everything was very seamless and thorough with Romano and Top Croatia Sailing. I booked from New Zealand many months before the trip and the service was great, communication was great and everything we had booked was exactly what we received and more. I would highly recommend Top Croatia Sailing and Romano to anyone wanting a trip of a lifetime.

It's not every day, or holiday experience on a sailing boat that you get "the combo - jackpot"

By this is mean, the combination of beautiful croatia together with the knowledge and capacities of Romano as a professional and person!
Safety and awareness sail along with him!
With a family group, young kids included, it's not easy to handle every kind of detail to please everyone, but he nailed it!

At some point we forgot we had responsibilities because of his dedication and preparation to every day situation.

Kids happy having fun on the water, adults with free time from kids (holidays in holidays eheh)

Daily briefing and options presentations for the upcoming day made us feel confortable to share all our desires during the trip.

Being a local captain does the difference i have to say!

Crystal clear waters it's served for breakfast together with that wake up swiming!

All of this got us 2 options for next year vacations:

Go back to croatia and Romano or kidnap Romano from wherever he is to captain us again!

We just returned back home after our 7 day charter we did in Croatia with my wife and our friends and it was literally the best vacation we ever had with this beautiful 45 ft sailing catamaran which was so comfortable and ofcourse the most important thing to mention about Captain Romano who made our experience exceptional and took great care of us from the beginning till the end, very experienced and professional captain and felt 100% safe all the time even though the sea was rough for a few days he sailed the boat perfectly and showed us magical spots and arranged everything for us and our friends, always with a positive approach and it felt like he was our friend.

We really look forward chartering with Top Croatia sailing and captain Romano again in Croatia or anywhere else, this experience offers a great way to visit different islands or bays each day and explore wonderful spots while enjoying the peaceful feeling of sailing and the crew takes care of all the planing and organization offering different options and as a guest you only have to relax and enjoy.

We received special attention throughout our week of incredible tours, stops and fantastic beaches. The boat was very comfortable and the crew was very experienced and very attentive. Everything was perfect and unforgettable!

We had the absolute best week long vacation renting a catamaran. Our skipper Romano truly made the experience beyond memorable. He knows Croatia like the back of his hand, knowing so many hidden gems. He did all the planning for us (and made all reservations), including where to anchor, where to swim, where to eat at night, and activities during the day. He truly felt like a member of our family for the week. Playing board games with us, swimming with us and even taking my kids out on the dinghy. My kids adored Romano and literally cried when they had to say goodbye.

Maybe our favorite night was when we anchored in a cove and Romano made arrangements for a nearby restaurant to pick us up in their boat. We ate at this fabulous restaurant on the water and slept under the stars. The next morning we could literally jump off the boat. It was amazing!!! But truly, every day and night was amazing!!!

We chartered a Lagoon ‘40 which was perfect for my family. Having four bedrooms allowed my two kids to have their own room, my husband and I a room, and our fabulous skipper Romano his own room. We had a catamaran with AC and during the summer time, I highly recommend. We also had a kayak, standup paddle board and snorkel gear on the boat, which I highly recommend.

I would 110% recommend this type of vacation, it was beyond special, and 200% recommend Romano as your skipper or to organize your vacation!!

If you have the opportunity to charter with Romano, don’t wait! We had the best, most amazing experience! We have chartered boats on our own in the Caribbean, but because we had never been to Croatia, we chose to use a captain. It was the best decision. Romano took us to the best secluded nooks, lovely island towns, and dinner experiences that we would never found on our own. Romano’s experience, connections, and personal relationships with marinas, restauranteurs, and other charter captains was invaluable and gave us the elevated experience that we were looking for. And he’s fun!

Wow! It was just amazing! Thank you so much to Romano and Sylvia!! We had an amazing experience and the best time. I recommend it 100%! The crew was so nice and they showed us the most gorgeous places and spots. It was the best sailing trip I have ever done! ❤️

Romano is a highly capable sailor with a strong focus on the safety of all guests and of course the boat. Romano actively seeked to understand our needs and desires and leveraged his immense local knowledge and connections to deliver a guest experience that is truly best in class!! An exceptional human with an infectious positive outlook on life that made our time with him very special!!!
At the end of our trip he even surprised us with some HD videos of some of our most favourite memories, which will now live with us forever!
If you are fortunate enough to have the opportunity to secure Romano as your skipper or hire him to deliver best in class experiences for your guests we suggest you jump at it.
Just not in August, as we intend to return to spend time with him year after year 😜
