Dreadful service, I would highly recommend you steer clear of this company, they fob you off with a poor ai generated cv

I had a very good experience with TopCV recently. The writer was amazing! I’ve got a quick response each time my document was updated. Now my CV looks perfect! I am very happy with the results and would definitely recommend TopCV to anyone who is looking to improve their CV.

Absolutely abysmal and tantamount to fraud. There is undisclosed use of AI throughout the entire service, from the review to the "CV writing", it is entirely AI done with absolutely bare minimal, nominal human interaction.

Do not waste your money, this is absolutely appalling service. I submitted my CV and what did I receive in return? They changed the colour to blue and replaced my skill section with "Core Competencies", a word salad of synonyms, buzzwords that they specifically advised against in their "review"!

It's clear, they use an AI to "read and review" your CV, then use resume.io (another AI platform) to "design and build" your CV. This company is effectively committing mass fraud and misrepresenting their services and underplaying their use of AI in lieu of actual Human output.

I was very surprised how quickly my new C, V, was done. I was amazed at the outcome. Far better than I expected that added so much weight to it.

Better format, better wording, better style.

Likewise, I asked if they would kindly rewrite my profile on Linkedin which again was so much better than I could have ever thought of doing.

Please if you are getting a block on getting an interview. Approach these people to have your Curriculum Vitae and Profiles updated.

Poor service. Bought the package two days ago. Wasn’t sent an email to compete a questionnaire and this will not work. Have emailed twice regarding this and no one will get back to me

I strongly advise against using TopCV. My experience was not only disappointing—it was professionally dangerous. The writer assigned to my CV fabricated research contributions, inserted misleading job details, and ignored my clearly stated instructions. If I had submitted the version they sent me to an academic institution or professional organization, it could have called my integrity into question and severely damaged my career.

Despite multiple requests for a full refund and detailed documentation of their errors, the company minimized the issue and only offered partial reimbursement. Their standard policy states “all sales are final,” yet they promote “satisfaction guaranteed”—a contradiction they seem unwilling to honor when faced with serious service failures.

TopCV also continues to hold my personal and professional information despite my explicit request to delete it. I do not trust them with sensitive data, and I believe their lack of oversight poses a risk to anyone in academia or medicine relying on accurate and ethical CV support.

Proceed with extreme caution if you value your reputation.

They stole 20 euro from me. I never chose this subscription plan.

I used TopCV as a CV writing service and picked the premium package with the intention of getting a must better CV output compared to what I had already in place. However I was disappointed with the outcome and the level of service. There was no interview or discussion all material was requested upfront. First draft was received within a day however no attention to detail was paid despite having provided detailed information and there were spelling mistakes that o had to point out (not something one expects from professions CV writing service. LinkedIn profile suggestion was pretty much copy and paste of the CV so I chose not to use it. Overall waste of money and I should not have used this service.

Gave me exactly what I needed and more love my new CV will definitely use again and recommend

The cv looks amazing.

I am not happy to even give 1 star.
The writer I was given clearly did not know what they are doing.
All the questions you answer to guide them were done, and the end product looked like a child had had a go at it.
You want high standards..dont go to topcv.co because they are definitely NOT top

Resume arrived earlier then expected and had the option to check and was asked after a few days if there was anything else to add to my resume.

Great service, I will always recommend them.
