Excellent level of customer service but let down by Yodel
Excellent level of customer service but sadly let down by their delivery company (Yodel) who lost my parcel. Unfortunately my item was then sold out but Topdesignerbrands very kindly found me a link to buy a replacement for it elsewhere - how many companies would do that?! Would definitely try & buy from them again in the future but please choose a different delivery company Topdesignerbrands!

We are sorry that our mistake has caused such inconvenience. You should have received a free return label on Saturday 27th July. As per our previous 3 email communications, this is on us, so the full refund will be processed for you once the item is returned.
Again we apologise for the 4th time that you have to go through this experience.

I ordered a pair of shoes, not only did they arrive earlier than expected, the fit and style were spot on.

Little displeased with their services.
I ordered two pairs of Oakley CRANKSHAFT sunglasses on the 2nd of July, and I didn't receive the confirmation of dispatch until 3 days later. I am very displeased with their services. I can understand that the pracel is coming from Italy, but at least they should keep me updated with my order sooner.
