The best dermatologist ever!
I regularly consult with Dr Rima Clayton, at Derma, Reading. She surgically removes BCC when it appears on my skin and keeps a careful, regular check on my skin. I find her extremely competent, reliable, knowledgeable, reassuring, warm and welcoming. I recommend her most highly!!

I take it back. Top Doctors have contacted me, they seem genuinely concerned by my experience and are willing to try and help.
While this doesn't erase my experience, it does go to show that they care and are willing to try and make good when the doctors let them down.
Came across this site while trying to find a specialist for a 2nd opinion.
The site was easy to use and I booked in with the clinician, was asked to forward details and then a GP referral (which I had to pay for).
Several weeks went by and I forwarded another piece of test data to the doctors secretary, still felt that I'd be seen.
The evening before the appointment, I am called by the doctors secretary and told the doctor will not see me, as I'm "too complex"
My condition has not changed since I enquired initially - they just hadn't really looked at it. I complained that this was a little short notice but they refused to relent.
I did contact top doctors to alert them to this but they have failed to respond to me in any way
I am left out of pocket with no help.
Edit: topdoctors have now approached trustpilot and I'm told my review could be deleted. I note that they STILL haven't replied to my email prior to this review. The fact that they don't respond to private feedback but will threaten to have reviews deleted says much about how they operate.

Are these real reviews?
I have questions re:the veracity of the reviews on the site. In viewing those for one doctor, I see that all (okay, 94%) were left on the same day, and the remaining 2, star-rated only, were left 4 days later. Admittedly, I've not seen any negative reviews, from those who were able to successfully schedule/attend appointments, stating that the physician seen was anything less than great, but the seeming barrage of reviews on a single day seems quite suspect. From whence are these reviews sourced & what is the verification process to validate they aren't paid reviews sponsored by the providers?

What is the point? AVOID
What is the point?! Another reviewer asked the same question. I booked an appointment that suggested it was available, waited a reply from the actual Doctor in question. Nothing happened!. I contacted the private doctors secretary - no answer but I won't name them here. And the Top doctor as they said to contact if any problem - their answer was, sorry we can't help you as we don't hold doctors calendars, we suggest to try and book a few appointments at once and see what comes through???? I might as well wait on the NHS for that?? If you are a doctor reading this, don't use them - beyond a waste of your time and anyone wanting to book a private doctor.
Update - Topdoctors phoned me this morning as they were concerned about the negative review. Nice of them to apologise about their lack of service but I still don't see how this company helps anyone, it just puts an added layer between you and a service. I stand by my review...... Thank you for your reply, however you are wrong, the doctor in question did not say only available in September, soe doctors had this written but the doctor I tried to book did not.

Went to see Dr.Rebecca Scott (Endocrinologist) and I have to say she is one of the best doctor's I have ever seen. Such a beautiful doctor. I found her very helpful and caring unlike another doctor I saw last year. I am very happy she is working with me to help me through a very hard time. Highly recommend her.

Minor tweaks
1. Makes it very easy to find doctors for the relevant condition. Comprehensive profile of the listed doctors.
2. Will be good to make a provision for administrative comments/questions in the booking process.
3. The whole process is in English language but at the end of the process asks for rating in another language!!
4. I booked the appointment for someone else but in the email it mentions my name as the "Patient's name".
