"We couldn’t be happier with our 1-to-1 training Henry provided for our dog, Nova (6 months old at the time) in our home. He had a calm and knowledgeable approach which made the sessions really enjoyable and effective for all of our family. Nova is quite a large dog so we wanted her to fit in with the family and have ease in the process. Not only did Henry work wonders with Nova, but he also made sure we were equipped with the skills and understanding to continue implementing the training at home after he left and to also use some of these skills with our older dog (7 years old). We were left feeling very confident, supported by Henry knowing that we can contact him in the future if there's anything that we need to ask him, we are very impressed with the results so far. Approximately 12 weeks post training. We still have a long way to go regarding Nova's training as she is still very young, but we know if anything arises that we're concerned about Henry would have no hesitation in helping us with the issues, which gives us great confidence for the future and for our dog.

Horrendous website
Terrible customer service, first off their website is not formatted correctly, trying to charge me extra before telling me. Shouting me down on the phone when I emailed them about it. Free shipping was automatic when I bought a toy for my dog but 7 minutes later I get an email saying they are going to cancel my order and cause me hassle just because their website is not scripted correctly, making me wait 10 days to get my money back. Shocking service.
Do not buy from them.
Update: if you try to give them a negative review they will lie and act as if you were the one getting angry, when really they were the ones to shout you down.
Lied about me "taking a chance" no I didn't the website automatically did that.
At the end of the day it may be good for training but the website is terrible, no excuse.

I’m sorry to hear you were unhappy with the service you say was provided by us.
Now we both know that what you wrote although based on an interaction with us isn’t really what happened.
1. You ordered a dog chew toy from our website costing €4,95 this was under our minimum spend of €19,95 for free delivery.
2. I emailed you within a few minutes to explain about our minimum spend and to say that I was sorry and would refund your payment.
3. You emailed me back within a few minutes with the following message “I still haven’t got my money back. You need to fix your website and stop creating difficulty for consumers like myself”
4. Realising you were upset and maybe worried that we were going to try to keep your payment of €4.95, I decided it best to phone you.
5. I phoned you within 10 minutes of receiving your email.
6. During our call I could hear the anger and annoyance in your voice. I asked on 2 different occasions if you had seen the minimum spend needed for Free Delivery (this is in big letters on all pages and cannot be missed) and you said on all occasions that you had but that you still decided to “take a chance” and go ahead with the purchase.
7. I explained on the call that I had already refunded your payment and that our credit card processors “Stripe” take 5 to 10 working days to refund.
8. Once our call ended, I had updated the website within 45 minutes to fix this issue.
9. At no stage did we try to charge you extra but instead cancelled the order, called you to reassure you and explain what had happened, refunded your payment and then fixed the website.
