The shoe sizing online is just flat out incorrect. I wear a 9-10, which is what it says is an XL, but that is at least a 12.
Not only do they charge for returns, but they do not allow exchanges in store.
I'd avoid buying online from here at all costs since you can't trust the site and if you do, it'll cost you.
You should really read this before buying from top of Drawer Furniture.
I purchased a dining table. it came with a scratch. they wouldn't take it back. I had to pay for shipment about $300, which is half of the value of the table.
they insisted on sending me a replacement part despite my wish to return it. I am of course paying for each box that is returned.
They take about 2-3 days to respond to emails and the response i got here that " they are glad someone reached out" is a blatant lie.
This is probably the worst customer experience I had in a long long time.

Okay yes this is legit!!!!! I know the prices may look crazy but they are REAL. We ordered an Ashley’s nightstand to complete our set and it came in about a week. Totally the same as the Ashley’s one and even came in an Ashley’s box. This site is greattttttt. I would definitely order from them again. Customer service is incredible too!
