The floral dress I picked was just right for my friend's backyard wedding. I loved the color and fabric, but the shipping took longer than expected. It arrived right on the event day, so definitely order early.

The dress I ordered looks exactly like the photos, is of good quality, and fits great! I’m bringing it on vacation tomorrow as my one fancy night out dress!

Dress arrived see through. Sent it back with the promise of a refund in April and still haven’t received my refund.

NOT WORTH THE HASSLE

I ordered 6 dresses for a couple of friends weddings in the summer. Out of the 6 dresses, I kept 1. I arranged a return, unknowingly, I had to return to china at a cost of £31.70 to myself or I was offered a 15% partial refund to keep the items. But the cost of the items was £128.95 so I chose to stomach the cost of the return.

I sent the return international tracked on 4th July 2025 and I have just received the return back to me on 10th December 2025, the parcel was damaged and only 1 dress remaining in the packaging.

The customer service is absolutely shocking and it is a total scam. The website doesn’t indicate they’re based in china at all, even showing a UK address, hence why I ordered in the first place.

What is most noticeable is the cloth. For texture, online shopping can be challenging, but they succeeded. really soft and non-clinging. I kept cool while wearing it during the entire day of sightseeing.

Placed my order back April 2025 from what I thought was a British based company (website is very British looking). When the shipping info came through that was 10-15 days so I was a bit suspect. Items turned up, dresses are nice enough. Kept 1 dress but needed to return 2. Contacted them as advised, they sent me round in circles until eventually they gave me the return address. China and it would be at my cost! I thought ok my fault for blindly believing it was a UK based company so sucked it up and returned the item 06 May 2025. On 15 December 2025 the item has turned up on my doorstep!!!! I had been checking the tracking number every now and then, it was with Chinese customs at least until November which is probably when I last checked. I'm lost for words, after all that and total waste of money on the purchase and the return delivery cost. Seriously wish I'd read these reviews first but you live and learn.

Absolutely terrible company. Dresses are cheap material, poor fit and nothing like the site.
Returns are only to CHINA - so unless you're prepared to shell out £25+ on return post do not buy.
This was originally stated nowhere on their website/or when I emailed asking about returns. After a big argument around this purchase - they have now updated it in fine print on the website so read it all closely!
Thankfully my bank sided with me in the end. Dresses will be going in the bin!

Horrible company to deal with, cheap dresses that look nothing like the site. Would not recommend even trying!

Didn't hear from them for a full week, no shipping updates. Field a ticket and finally received a tracking link. Order arrived week later — dress was top tier and added surprise: it had pockets.

I love when dresses can be worn for a launch out or just errands. These fit the bill. Stylish and no effort needed. Fabric isn't see-through which I appreciate.

We ordered 6 bridesmaid dresses in blush. Not only did they all arrive neatly packed, but they looked even better on than in pictures. Loved the color consistency.

Massive scam. Took weeks to ship and then the “free easy returns” cost literally over a hundred dollars out of pocket if you actually want to return because they try to make you ship the product back to china

The dress arrived sooner than I expected; it’s beautiful and very well made. I had some slight concerns about the condition it would arrive in, but even though it wasn’t packaged very securely (just foil), it arrived without any damage and really quickly. I recommend it because of the price and quality!
