I’d leave a zero if possible. You book a flight to be not charged for said flight.
Then call to see what is pending and once speaking w Noncustomer service get told why do I book flights through them, If you are offering a flight at certain price then tell customer that they aren’t honoring this that it will be an extra $100 a ticket . This site is a joke and customer service is even a bigger joke w customer service that are even worse and can’t communicate!
