TopHotelProjects- No reminders, no results, no flexibility

Our experience with TopHotelProjects was very disappointing.

At the beginning, the team was very friendly and professional during the sales process, which gave us confidence to proceed.

After signing the contract, we started using the platform, but the results were extremely poor. We contacted multiple offices using the provided data, clearly stating we obtained the contact via THP — and not a single response was received. After repeated attempts and zero engagement, we stopped using the platform entirely.
Due to internal changes, the auto-renewal aspect was not followed through to the responsible person as they say you need to terminate the contact yourself, but they don't say no notification from app will be delivered.

There were absolutely no reminders prior to renewal — no email, no notification within the platform, no warning about an upcoming payment. For a ~€2,000 yearly contract, this is simply not acceptable by today’s standards.
The contract then auto-renewed for another full year.

Even more frustrating is the complete lack of flexibility afterwards. Despite clearly explaining that:

-the platform was not used
-it delivered no results
-we do not want to continue

there has been zero willingness to terminate the contract early or adjust the subscription amount in any way.

Everything is handled strictly as “contract is binding”, with no consideration of the actual situation or outcome.

In our view, this creates a very one-sided setup, where the burden is entirely on the client — and where missing a deadline results in being locked into a costly service that provides no value. In today’s environment, where most platforms provide clear reminders and flexible subscription management as in the end all of this is handled by , this experience felt very frustrating and, honestly, quite misleading.
