I ordered different sizes of the same jumpsuit because I was unsure of sizing.
They never arrived.
I asked for a refund as delivery would have been too late for what I needed them for.
They said they wouldn't refund because apparently the items were on final sale. They instead sent a replacement order. I now can't return the items that don't fit for a refund. It doesn't say anywhere on the product page or checkout page anything about final sale items being non refundable!
False advertising. Avoid at all costs.

I’ve ordered and supposedly delivered , however no tracking updates. It seems like my parcel had gone missing / stolen, reported through all channels and contacted customer service , they’re not replying at all. I am not paying for something I’ve never received.

Reading the bad reviews made me put my review too. I'm 100% satisfied. Leggings fitting really nice , good quality tissue. The only thing is the size but still I can wear it. A bit hard to wear it cause it stuck a bit on my hips (probably I have large hips) so next time I'll order medium. Is a client of mine that I saw her wear it and like thus I ordered too!

Poor show. Said 3-6 days delivery, took over 2 weeks to deliver, and product is poor quality. Definitely not worth the price.

AVOID! VERY Poor quality fit items made from cheap materials. Worn item just for less than an hour and labels peeled off, seams were coming off. Contacted company and no response. Wished I had read the REAL reviews on this site rather than relied on the fake reviews on their website which is controlled by them.

Avoid at all cost. Items are of poor quality with threads coming loose, labels peeling off, etc. The jumpsuits are NOT squat proof as claimed. Contacted company who don’t respond so I have lodged a credit card claim.

Updating review after now that the issue has been resolved, but keeping original review in place.

After four unanswered emails, I left this review and threatened complaining to relevant authorities. The very next day, the company responded saying that my emails had been landing into their spam inbox. Very unfortunate, but a reasonable excuse so I will update my review. If Topissima provides the name of their spam shield provider, I can further add a review of their service too.

Topissima has offered to replace the item sufficiently and this has now been received.

Clothes quality was good when we received it, so increasing review rating.

Company doesn't respond to any emails.

I am asking for an item replacement and the company has blankly ignored 4 emails now.

Don't buy - sizing can be a significant issue as this is a body suit!

Absolute joke. it’s too big and I enquired about returning it, I have to pay the customs charges and the postage which pretty much amounts to the cost of the item. Which btw is shabby

I've ordered from them 4 times now and each time has been a great experience. Very fast shipping to the UK, beautiful fabrics and super flattering designs. The one time I've had to return something because it didn't suit, the customer service was excellent and they made the process as painless as possible!

Buyer beware. This company has great quality products UNTIL you have to return or exchange for different size. I have purchased many items in the past and been really happy however this one exchange/return procedure is very questionable. Their communication via email is poor and although I was o.k to send products back at my expense ($40) it's been nearly 30 days and still have not recieved anything. I initially wanted exchange for larger size but since waiting this long those products in my size are now out of stock. All I want is refund and move on. To be clear their garments are of high quality but customer service aftercare is very poor

Excellent quality. Got the Nicole one piece jumpsuit in maroon. Arrived in a few days with absolutely no problems. My personal trainer even commented on how much nicer it was than one his other client had! Would order again from them

My order first stucked, i wrote to love@topissima, i ve got an answer and a new shipment label. Meanwhile, i read these comments and got scared, but three days later, today i got my package. Size perfectly fit, i ve chosen the size based on topissime size guide, material also cool. So far so good.

Wish I'd read these before. I ordered 2 jumpsuits and they never arrived. I emailed and they didn't reply. Such a shame. What a mean thing to do, set up a business to scam people of of money. What a way to live your life!

Trash company, ordered and never received my items. Their tracking says something else than DPD, asked for clarification from Topissima and they said they'd look into it. Then no reply when I chased. Told them if I didn't hear I would cancel the order and dispute with my bank, lo and behold check the tracking again next day and it's showing "ordered" only as if it never despatched and the button to cancel order is greyed out. Don't buy from them they are a scam.

Got the item, but it doesn‘t fit. Customer Service told me to specify my order to get a return label but now they don’t react anymore. Very disappointed.

Still don’t have the item DPD is in Portuguese they told me it had been returned to them I asked for a refund they sent it again still not received it and won’t give me a refund

Be very careful. I believe this company is a scam. Dpd couldn’t help with tracking information. The parcel has been passed around the system, having read other peoples reviews it would seem I’ve been scammed!!!!
