Absolutely waste of money

Absolutely waste of money. They just get a basic question answered and call that an appointment. I assure you you are wasting your money. Any success someone has had is pure luck. I’ve been in commission sales game for 35 yrs made thousands of CC. They don’t qualify at all. You’d be better doing it yourself.

Brad ran a trial campaign with us that included both purchased leads and a promotional appointment. Each appointment was valid and scheduled, with each prospect engaged through our outreach process.

As with any lead generation service, our role is to create qualified opportunities to meet with decision-makers, the outcome of those conversations depends on the client’s approach and follow-up.

Our campaigns are transparent, and many of our clients see consistent success when following the recommended structure. While we regret that Brad feels otherwise, his comments do not accurately reflect the services delivered or the results typically experienced.

I engaged with TopLead over two years

I engaged with TopLead over two years. In summer of 2024, they scheduled and charged me for 7 leads. Two of those meeting occurred but 5 of them were change to "pending reschedule" status. I requested that they stop scheduling and charging for new leads until those 5 leads were converted to meetings. That never happened and the company ghosted me. I just got a marketing email from the guy I was working with (Glen) this morning. I replied back with a request to resolve those 5 leads. It's now 5pm and I have not received a response. I am checking with Trust Pilot to see if they will allow me to post my email address so anyone can reach out and I can provide screenshots of proof of my experience.

No real follow up with the sales…

No real follow up with the sales process, but patiently waiting to see if these leads will help my business. Prices are high per lead in comparison to other lead generation companies, but willing to give it a shot to see if a success story can be written.

Luis jumped on a zoom call within minutes of my email stating I needed assistance. That is the best response time I have ever had from support in any company. He was able to quickly resolve my problem. Thanks very much.

Ghosted after OVERCHARGING!

After an audit, we discovered that we had overpaid them by $4,000 and brought it to their attention. However, they have since ghosted us, as we have not been able to reach them by phone or email. Further investigation revealed the company has received several bad 1-star reviews, with claims of fraudulence, scamming, overcharging, and stealing money before ghosting the customer.

We started out very strong with good in-person meetings scheduled with interested prospects. After the first month we had meetings that said they were confirmed when they were canceled. We had meetings with prospects that are happy with their current vendor but felt pressured to meet. Consistency when it comes to confirmed meetings and quality prospects that are truly interested in meeting with us. With that said, this has been the best marketing firm. We just need to rely on leadership for quality control. We would rather have quality appointments rather than numbers.
