Thankfully I have not had any issues at my home requiring an insurance claim. However, I received a notice stating my insurance company decided to not renew policies in Florida and I would need a new carrier. Even though my renewal was not until October 2024, I decided to find new homeowners and flood insurance prior to hurricane season. A neighbor recommended Topline and Connie was able to make the arrangements I needed to cover my home. She was extremely helpful, professional and thoughtful throughout the switch. Connie went above and beyond to guide me through the entire process. Thank you Connie. I truly appreciate all your efforts.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! EXTREMELY UNRELIABLE. Agent Kari Klejnot was fast to get a quote but once I received a discontinue coverage and she was no where to be found while the insurnace company needs me to talk to agent to understand the reason. I even called Kari and she heard about the issue and transferred to me to nowhere and ignored my call, completely unacceptable. Not only that, I realize there are OTHER PEOPLE's account under my insurnace account managed by Topline. I escalated multiple times and almost 1 year went by I can STILL SEE OTHER PEOPLE'S INSURANCE. DO NOT TRUST THEM
