Well maybe it has real people. Maybe they are good, maybe they can really help you, some are even doing it for free. But the thing is they hardly arrive on sessions, you prep yourself for a mock, you skip everything else, trying to make your day like a real interview and they dont even attend, or they keep rescheduling it. But its so hard to actually find someone on time, I have tried sending a pre session email communication to bring it to their attention, but apparently all of them read their emails after the session time is over.

Booked a meeting with an expert, who never turned up. I tried to get the issue resolved and the only thing I got is an automated response saying we will resolve it in 7 days. This been going on for 3 weeks now, I haven't heard back from the expert or topmate. Quite easy to take someone's hard earned money and be incautious about it.

The customer service is absolute shit but i contacted the cofounder and he cleared my payouts but i am disappointed by how they treat the people who pay them and should reconsider their thoughts as their software is already done and if they focus on appearing that they respond it would be great as it took me more than 10 days for them to say that i need to verify my details. The only reason i rated 5 star because i contacted the cofounder through instagram and he took care of my issue. Please work on your customer care as thats very important aspect of your company and not your software.Charging 12% cut and such customer service means you cant keep your clients.

Took 500 Rs for one-one session. App is not friendly, got a message for rescheduling of meet and since then no contact and the expert didnt join call. Its a bullshit app and customer support also doesnt help, genuinely such scamming applications should be publically exposed.

I have tried this platform 3-4 times and everytime I booked a call the expert doesn't join. This is the real problem with this platform. Experts just then reschedule the call or we get refund after 7 days. This is frustrating and waste lot of time.

Bunch of SCAMMERS they took my money, blocked my account and they refuse to reply to my emails. please be careful

Everything about the platform is great – the website UI is smooth, and the speed is perfect for a digital seller.

The only issue I've faced is unresponsive customer service and significant delays in withdrawals. However, the co-founder assured me that after my account verification, I won’t face these problems moving forward.

I had been using Topmate for a while and recently requested a withdrawal of $6 on 30-31st August, which according to their policy should have been processed within 7 days. However, I never received the amount, and despite reaching out to their support team multiple times, there was no resolution.

To make matters worse, they have now closed my account without any explanation and have refused to release my pending amount. I also had $24 more in my account, which I intended to withdraw, but now it seems I have lost access to my funds entirely.

This is highly unprofessional, and I no longer trust this platform. I would not recommend Topmate to anyone looking for reliable service or timely payouts

I would give the -5 stars if I could. They sell mis -advertised junk. Their "mobility scooter" is a toy. They want me to spend $100 to ship it back. They sell through Walmart. Avoid BOTH places.

I recently had an awful experience with Topmate.io, and I strongly advise against using their platform. They closed my account without any prior notification and took approximately $3,000 USD from me. It's infuriating and highly unprofessional.

Account Closure Without Notification: Topmate.io closed my account suddenly without any warning or explanation. This is unacceptable for any platform that handles users' money and sensitive information.
Money Taken: They took about $3,000 USD from my account. Despite numerous attempts to contact their support, I received no response or resolution.
Fake Reviews: Be aware that many of the positive reviews about Topmate.io are likely fake. My experience was far from what those reviews suggest.

This company is really Doing scam . I requested a withdrawal and they said that I will get my money within one week but yesterday almost one week completed and they just blocked my account and Said that for High risk they blocked. Now who will give 2k+ rupees

I just hate their team very rude to mens, they just use womens in front of their landing pages, all they want to do is business in india sitting in other country.

better use calendly a professional platform.

As there is always room for improvement, it is 4/5. Easy to navigate platform, integrations, analytics, systems, and follow-ups.
The only thing I would change right now is to offer professional design options for corporates.

Topmate is one of the best platform for helping people quick & easily. Where you can provide your any kind of service with much more customization. I perosonally like it because I can express and show my skills to others in terms of helping geeks. Thanks Topmate :)

Just haven't been using Topmate. It's so focused on Indian users, as a North American, I find that it's not supportive
