I had an amazing experience!

I had an amazing experience moving with Top Mover. They arrived on time, did the job quickly and very carefully. All my furniture stayed the way it was before the move, no damage. They were nice, polite and extremely helpful and efficient. Thank you Top Mover, I'll definitely recommend you to everyone.It was a beautiful experience!

Horrible!

I ordered stuff for our son at ikea. Payed 40 euro for delivery. I live in a building where stores are underneath and appartments are a lift ride away. They rang the outdoor bell and started putting stuff outside by the stores. I went down and explained that my front door is upstairs. The reply was "to us, this is the front door". I am baffled. To pay such a sum for delivery, for such an utterly shitty service is unhinged!

Very poor delivery

They were supposed to deliver my order from IKEA. At the first try they were supposed to deliver on Sunday between 10 and 13. We called ikea support numerous times and they were saying just in a few moments, finally we went out and they tried to deliver 17:30!!!

Next time that they came to deliver, the delivery man left items right after the building door and didn't bring it up. the delivery man was gone even when I reached ground and the most important item was missing... Also some of the items were damaged..

Very disappointing.

Ikea order left on the street, driver refused to deliver to 3rd floor

Driver refused to bring my order up to 3rd floor, although according to Ikea they have to deliver up to 4th floor if there is no lift. And I did mention in my order that I'm on 3rd floor. My boxes (table, 4 chairs, and one box open with loose products) were left in the street. They arrived 35 minutes before the start of the given time frame - I get that if that's how they deliver - goes quickly, right guys? Excellent job that you do. Be proud of yourselves.

Terrible service

Terrible service. Rude and unhelpful drivers. I had placed an order from IKEA which included delivery of the packages to any room in the home (an extra paid service). Top Movers were the company performing the delivery on IKEA's behalf. The room in question was on the 1st floor. The drivers refused to take the packages up, claiming that their delivery note stated that the delivery was for the ground floor only. I showed them the clear and explicit instruction on the IKEA invoice stating the contrary. They dismissed it and proceeded to just leave. No offer or interest to resolve the issue. I then contacted IKEA's customer support, which confirmed that they were indeed obligated to take the packages to the desired room, as was stated on the delivery and paid for. IKEA's staff were very helpful and have since processed a refund for the service that was not provided. I will, from now on, cancel any delivery that is assigned to this company. I will insist on another provider.

Challenging experience

I had to be out doing chores whilst they packed, which in hindsight was obviously too trusting. Whenever I returned the 2 guys packing were nowhere to be found and would return 20-30 mins later. Despite me having packed 90% of my personal things, after 8+ hours they said that they didn’t have time to finish as it was dinner time. As I had to be out of the apartment by that evening, I ended up having to help them to carry boxes and furniture out to the truck the last 1.5 -2 hrs as otherwise they were just going to leave. The guy who packed the kitchen did a good job, but the other guy seemed to have no idea of how to pack. Speakers were left on stands unwrapped in big near empty boxes. Bistro table just put in a giant box instead of being folded flat and bubble wrapped. Bookshelves not taken apart to make more compact. Many boxes packed were half empty. I was being charged by cubic metre.. so you can draw your own conclusion about this. Things that should have been in protective wrap were put in large boxes with no protection (including glass objects). My oil painting that was in a protective cylinder was bent to fit inside a box, ruining the canvas inside. Also many other minor issues I will not go into detail here. They threatened they would walk out if I did not agree on the spot to the higher cubic metre. No recourse on any of this with the company, I have sent photos of the boxes I received that were half empty and the damaged painting to request compensation and their response relayed back to me through my agent who subcontracted to this company was that “ half empty boxes are normal for overseas transport”. I have moved countries multiple times and I have never had such a challenging experience.

Professional removals company

Professional removals company. The staff were super careful with the loading and unloading of the furniture. Cleared up all of the packaging materials and left no rubbish behind. Very happy with the service
