Could have been great! Nearly gave 3 stars...
Communication pre delivery great, bed was well priced (quality vs price) and looks lovely. Shame it was let down by delivery.. the stories are true unfortunately.. very confusing and poor organisation of delivery. i got my delivery at 3am. i also paid for assembly and iv noticed a few screws not used and wrong sizes so have come through the wood. i would recommend keeping an eye as if i wasnt there the headboard wouldnt have been fixed properly. They were very friendly though and knew what they were doing but obv wanted to be away at that time of the am (so would i tbf) but thats not the point i paid so expect it done right. Other than that im really happy but it was an ordeal the night before and chasing the delivery as the eta was originally 5pm then 730, then 930 then 1.30 and finally 3pm, they left at 4am! If these issues could be sorted id definately give 5 stars. Just be very open minded about delivery time/date and assembly. Surely an easy fix tnf?
