Topo Designs items are still top notch and good quality. One of the best you can get these days. On the other hand - unfortunately - I must say that the best option to get these items, is to order from various vendors at amazon than order those from the company itself. It is strange but it seems they have a lot of issues with shipment management. Unprofessional staff, lack of experience and knowledge, or simply negligence? Who knows. Topo Designs for the user's sake please take these feedbacks seriously. Cheers

When I placed my order on a Friday morning, I was assured that with the two day shipping option getting my bag and briefcase by next Thursday was no problem. Well, instead of creating a label that day, they waiting until Tuesday to create and provide to UPS. I was told that the order needed to be in by 9AM and for it to go out that day. So Monday would have been the latest. Now I have to scramble a day before my trip to Europe to get new luggage etc. because it won't arrive until after my plane leaves. They are nice on the phone but mispresent themselves. I should have read the previous review. Why not just tell the truth?

This company shipped my product to the wrong location and they sent me screenshots of it being delivered. Well that's nice, but it's not my house. They claimed I entered the wrong address, but I have been living at my current address for two years and every other shipper gets it right. All I want is a refund or a shipment of the items. Instead I got a who's right debate. Suck it up and fix it.

I was looking for a new travel backpack and found a sale on Topo designs eu pages. I ordered and paid for a 40l travel backpack and tech cap. I was looking forward to trying out Topo Designs products, unfortunately I received an email 2 and half weeks after my initial order that they were out of the tech caps in the color I had ordered, so that part of the order got cancelled and i was promised a refund. At this point I wasn't to too disappointed and was enthusiastically waiting for my new backpack. Then 3 days later (3 weeks since the initial order) I again received an email, now they told me that they had to cancel the 40l travel backpack order because they had run out of the olive green color that I had ordered and they could not offer any of the other available colors at the same discounted price. I was astound by their customer service policies, I find it outrageous to not even offer to substitute the ordered backpack with some other available color, but hey, yes the other colors where not on sale... I think this says enough of the company and their policies, I will purchase other brands that have some standards in their customer service and company policies. Be cautious and think twice before you purchase anything from Topo Designs.

I really recommend Topo Designs. With their MAP Guarantee (Warranty and Repairs) they truly saved my gear! As an EU-citizen and thanks to their EU shop, I don't need to worry about import taxes.
