Item never arrived

Item never arrived, and emails to customer service have gone unanswered so far. Very unhappy with this.

I'm so sorry for the delay in replying to this review.
I've checked our records and I've noted you ordered on 7 December 2023 and emailed us on 25 December 2023 to say the package had not arrived.
We emailed back on the same day providing a link to track the order and we also asked you to confirm whether or not this was received.
I'm assuming our email went to your spam or junk folder?
I really hope the package has since arrived, particularly as we included a gift for you, as we don't get many orders from the US.
Can you let me know either way please?

Great

Great, helpful, friendly and fast service. When above and beyond to ensure I had the hats in time for my son’s birthday last week.
Great quality and two very happy 15 year olds. Tried to get a photo of them wearing their hats but wasn’t allowed 🙄.

Great service

Did an online order for patches which was dispatched and received quickly. Originally ordered the sun hat for the Crusader’s Cup final with the Crues badge so ordered 3 more 2 of one type one of another. Order came the wrong way, easy to do, got in touch another was dispatched and received within 2 days of the email. What else can we ask it’s all good. Thank you.

Great Quality

Ordered the hat on-line and it was delivered within 3 days. The hat is great quality, very good value for what you get. I look forward to collecting more patches.

Bought a hat and couple of patches…

Bought a hat and couple of patches primarily to wear to football. The quality really impressed me and my plan is now to add a different colour hat and a few more patches that will give me so much choice for different football matches coming up. I plan on gifting to my sisters as they love the summer festivals and I know the Toppahats will go down a storm as their must wear accessory. The interchanging patches was the big plus for me and means the hats are great value for money with so many different looks.

Great quality bucket hats…

We got hats from here plus additional badges for Brighton Pride 2022. The hats themselves are good quality and the badges perfect to update them for a specific event. Will 100% be reusing them and just changing the badges as/when needed!
