Ordered two paintings on Nov 27th as Christmas gifts.
Approved artwork on Dec 6th.
I had to request shipping information (ie Tracking #) on Dec 20th, only to find out the paintings shipped on Dec 12 via FedX and not arrived anywhere only on the way to Austell.
Received no help or sympathy about missing Christmas presents.
Requested a refund on Dec 28th and was told to read the refund policy. Also, that they would counter dispute the charges with the credit card company.
Paintings arrived on Jan 8th.
Read the fine print carefully because once you pay and agree with the shipping policy, you have no rights or recourse.

Byer Beware!!!! This is the worst company I have ever delt with. Do not buy from this company. They don't care about customer service they just take your money and you never hear from them again. I ordered a Lt blue hoodie from them for my daughter for Christmas. She changed her mind and wanted Navy. I contacted the company and they offered a shirt.I said no I want a hoodie. They offered a sweartshirt. I said no I want a hoodie. I told them just to cancel that order and I would order another one. I did order another navy hoodie. They didn't cancel my first order, they sent me a sweatshirt. The second order I placed for a hoodie came as a sweatshirt. I know it was dumb but I thought maybe I made a mistake in ordering the second time so I ordered another hoodie. I received a sweatshirt. Now I have three unwanted sweatshirts and have sent numerous emails stating I want to send them back. I have not heard from them at all. I am thinking about contacting the Better Business Bureau. I didn't even want to give the one star but had to
unhappy customer

My name is Kevin J general manager of 92.7 FM jams Central Lafayette Louisiana I gave this company Top personalized a five-star review because they really went out the way to make sure I had a great experience their customer support Mrs Helena May provided me sample shirts so I can have my staff try them on so we can order the correct sizes for each employee. Their artwork on the 3D shirts are the best. I highly recommend Top personalized to any company who wants to advertise their brand.

There were a few things that made this experience great. The first thing was that after I reached out it was only a few minutes later that they were back in touch with me. I love that it is a live chat with someone in the USA. The next thing was the hospitality is amazing. The way they get right to your heart. The third thing is that I have a restaurant and they were willing to change the whole design of the shirt made me feel like they truly care about their customers. The fourth thing is that the shirt came in the mail when they said that it would. The fifth and final thing is that the shirt really looks like the picture. There are sometimes when you get a shirt or whatever you purchase offline that doesn't resemble the clothing at all. So, when I seen my shirt and tried it on, I was amazed. I love the feeling of the fabric. As soon as my employees and customers seen this they were amazed. All I was wearing before was just my normal clothing. I did not like that I was always getting my clothes a little dirty and smelly from being in the kitchen. Now that I have this shirt I will not only be ordering more, but I will adding to my collection, as well.

Absolutely no communication.

Bought 4 jumpers as gifts on 1.10.23 received no information, except a tracking number for yun express, which have the most appalling reviews on here. They still have no update on yun express.

I have emailed them 3 times and the site says will reply in 24hours and I haven't heard back in over a week from my first email.

I keep messaging them via email Facebook and Instagram to try get any information, but still haven't heard anything nearly 4 weeks since ordering.

Really concerned it's a scam company.

Took my money, haven't responded once, and now I'm concerned I'm not going to be able to get my money back.

From my experience would not recommend this company.

I was looking for some personalized clothing and saw Top Personalized advertised. The clothing looked fantastic. I ordered a limited amount, being wary ordering of the Internet. When the clothing arrived I was very impressed with quality. I am now ordering more clothing.

I order a customized microphone t-shirt, bomber jacket, and a Hoodia. The price could be a bit better especially ordering so many items however I totally love my items. like I said I love it and totally satisfied, I wish I can order a whole line of different colors but have to each the price.

21 st May I ve made an order,25th June today and still waiting,of course its not their fault but delivery - courier fault,also the material is not too quality so is extremely expensive for this quality,but maybe its the best material for best printing quality!
Print is like a real violin 🎻!
