This website is fake and cheap. They send cheap damaged material. It ruined my valentines surprise.
Additionally customer service is pathetic. They bargain witb guving minimum discount like 5 % as if I was given the frame for free. The people working here are pathetic, ill mannered and have no consideration for customer satisfaction. They keep repeating their policy that custom order cannot be refunded, then why the helll are you guys spoiling custom order on your end.
After long follow up for 2 months and hundreds of emails to and from they finally agreed to send another piece. But after a month I have still not received the new parcel. It was a fake promise. I spent almost 70$ on 1 frame and it has gone to garbage now. Please be aware and don’t give these bastards your hard earned money.
I wish I could file a formal complaint. I would definitely have done that.

Guys proper scammer don’t trust them they just want your money they don’t care about satisfying their customers they cropped me out of my photo and make me embarrassed in front of my wife

I placed an order from this page. The cargo appears as delivered but the cargo has not arrived. I want this problem to be solved.

I disliked ordering an item which has a price higher than the shop. And after few days, you posted the same item with a very reduced price. I messaged them but they stated that I ordered a customized item, but I didn’t

It was my first purchase and was so excited about it. It says estimated arrival is between June 8-11 and we are 13th tomorrow and I still don’t have the item. Better yet extend the EDA so that customers won’t be expecting and end up getting disappointed. Although I’m speaking to one of the agent it says it will be tomorrow so please ensure it gets delivered as promised! Thanks
