Ordered the applicator on Amazon
Ordered the applicator on Amazon. It arrived but was damaged, the rubber part was coming off the base. Contacted Amazon who gave me the runaround. First it was, "You are too late to return the product". How can that be? I only ordered it last week and it arrived yesterday. Next it was "Wait while I connect you to a specialised team " and gave me a link to a page in India which didnt exist and showed a message saying"This page is not working". I logged on again, got back to Amazon's bot and then eventually an associate, explained the whole rigmarole again and got the same message again - essentially too late to look for a refund even those the thing only arrived yesterday.
Toppik used to be a good company but they have gone down hill. I would recommend going to one of the other companies that produce similar applicators for one third of the price!!
