Makes my hair appear fuller & thicker
Been buying this for a good while now, I used a similar product by another brand but it was discontinued. I find the service very good, I order and it arrives pretty much the next day. It does what I need it to, covers up some bald spots (due to illness) and makes my hair look fuller/thicker. It does rub off (ie on pillow or on your finger if you scratch your head. It is difficult to spray it around the frame of your face but you just have to get the nack of it! Overall a great product that I couldn’t live without & a at a reasonable price!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the products I purchased under Order #1001103928, placed on December 29, 2024. Unfortunately, after trying the items, I found that they did not meet my expectations due to the following issue:
When using the Toppik Fiberhold Spray and Hair Thickening Spray, I noticed that the products left noticeable stains and marks on the hair and surrounding areas, even after following the instructions provided. This has made them unsuitable for use, as the results were disappointing and impractical. I have attached a photo to illustrate the issue I experienced.
Given this, I would like to return the products and request a full refund. Please let me know the next steps for initiating the return process, including any specific instructions or return labels required.
