SCAMMERS! NO LEADS! STAY AWAY!!!!! WE NEED TO SUE THEM!

The sales rep tells you stories that make it sound like this is amazing once you start you'll realize that all they do is use a generic ad that a five-year-old can make and just gets junk people clicking on it primarily renters and the rest is Just Junk not only that they grab you and cannot get let you out for a minimum 6 months on the leads so you're paying high amounts and then the CRM which is useless you're stuck for 12 months and can't get out of that either.

I have used the Top Producer CRM for at least 10 years so I decidied to try it's Social Connect feature. After 30 days of receiving Garbage leads, I requested a cancellation which was denied so I'm stuck with this TRASH until June 4th. 2026. Do Not Buy This Product! Social Connect is a Fraud. There is no such thing as customer service anymore. Did the company change hands?

Garbage. Don't bother. I am paying $600/month and got about 30 leads in 4 months and they are all crap. Contact info is wrong

SOFTWARE IS ACCEPTABLE, THE LEAD GENERATION SERVICE IS A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONE, OVER 65% OF LEADS GENERATED WERE FAKE NUMBERS AND MANY WITH FALSE EMAILS. I WOULD STEER AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE

The CRM simply doesn’t function as promised. Customer service is non‑existent, and the software still relies on a 20‑year‑old (7i) platform because the current “X” version doesn’t perform. The company can't even deliver on their core product, The CRM. and all the other products are darn right awful. Social Connect is the worse product I have bought in my almost 2 decades of being an agent.
The only feature I’ve found useful is the ability to record all my transactions — and that’s the only reason I’ve stuck with it this long. Unfortunately, even basic tasks like sending a simple mail‑out are painful. The process was awful, and the only support option provided was a frustrating chat box.
At this point, I’m done. The lack of functionality, outdated technology, and poor customer support make this product impossible to recommend.

I have been with TP for a long time and am finding their customer service to be terrible. They sold me a lead package - nothing like what I was promised. Garbage leads and their support trying to work with their lead system is even worse. Trying to cancel is next to impossible. I regret staying with them for so long. Save yourself time, money and headaches. Go elsewhere.

Low quality leads and rough customer service. They will not let you out of the agreement under any circumstances. Do not fall for this like I did!

Horrible company!!!! I feel this company was a huge waste of my time and money!!!! Many of the leads had bad contact information, did not speak English, or were renters. Now I have to pay 6 more months for products I do not want. I have been a Realtor for 25 years and I suggest you stay away from this company!! Roger P.

Absolute Garbage! Sales person was super shady. Didn’t explain the type of ads they use, which produced horrible results. Lots of non speaking English leads looking for rentals. Try to call them for help and they don’t care at all. Run!

TopProducer took their phone support away and only offers chat and email options. This is extremely unhelpful when trying to ask a question or solve a problem. The chat attendants don't understand the questions and it proves to take much more time than a phone call. When we purchased this system they had phone support which was a main reason for switching from our last CRM. So we pay the same price and can't get our questions answered now. Not terrific, TP.
