Terrible experience, never use them.
After using them for some pallet racks we were persuaded to buy a floor scrubber. Only worked fine for a few weeks until after a few minutes of using it it started shortening the fuse board.
We sent it back for servicing but Topregal claimed that there was nothing wrong with it, that the problem was with our fuse board (that works perfectly with any other appliance), and charged us £150 to send it back.
We are still experiencing the same problem so we are now forced to buy a new one from a reputable supplier.
The appliance was Chinese-made, and the staff was simply disinterested in our issues.
We are now finishing the warehouse with rack from an alternative supplier and I'll make sure never to deal with them again.

Just to add balance and to provide a full picture, you advised us the scrubber was shorting your electrics so we picked it up to investigate. After being checked electrically and thoroughly soak tested we were unable to find a fault. We recorded a 7 minute video of the machine working well, before we returned it to you. The cost of carriage as you say cannot be met by us if there is no fault.
Since your second complaint, we have asked for a video from your side to demonstrate it tripping the electrics but so far you have been unable to provide this.
As ever with our customers, we are happy to maintain contact but could not replicate the fault you claim. If you would like to return the product to us, we will be happy to retest and provide electricians report of his findings. We have from the outset tried to assist and disappointed that you have broken contact with us and decided to voice your frustration on Trustpilot, while providing a limited version of events.
Bought a couple of the the WKB47 tool…
Bought a couple of the WKB47 tool boxes. Ordering process was very straightforward and products arrived on time and in perfect condition.
We've had no issues with the tools either, just what we needed.

Pallet stacker not working, issue reported in the waranty period and they just refuse to accept or send a technician.

Good morning
For clarity and transparency, You reported a fault with a machine that at 10 months old we suspected was lack of maintenance . You advised you would check oil levels, and get back to us. We heard nothing more from you regarding this issue
4 months later you report "another" issue (your words) with an unrelated fault. The machine is now 4 months out of warranty. From your description of the fault it is obvious battery mis management has damaged the battery. Despite it being out of warranty and poor care for battery we offered to supply you new batteries at cost price to us. You refused this, so not a huge amount more we can offer

I've bought a TecMaschin touch screen, paid full price, and when I open the box I've noticed that the screen was already used, the screen had 2 round made with marker, they even dint't make the effort to clean the screen before send it...
