Booked a motorcycle in Milan. Everything was great!

I reserved a bike for a 12 days rental. They don't actually rent, they are resellers. HP Motarred was the actual company giving the bike. When I arrived to HP Motarred to pick up the bike, they didn't have the reservation. I was blamed by Top Rent Moto that I didn't respond to confirm, but actually I received an email confirmation and they charged my credit card. So a 6 months plan all dependent on a bike rental was almost ruined. Luckily, the guys from HP Motarred, really great company, bailed me out and found another bike for me. Not my choice but at least they had something for me. I gave them 2 stars and not 1 because they refunded the money upon request. They also offered me a Moto Guzi a half day into my trip which was too late. I understand that mistakes happen, but blaming me dropped them from 3 to 2 stars

I rented the motorcycle for a week, drove 2500 km from rome to zurich switzerland and back and it was amazing, the motorcycle have features that I didn't even knew I needed ( Cruise Control that know to keep distance, mirror lights that point out a car in blind spot/passing you ), it's comfortable and have smooth gear. The customer service was amazing to, I was stuck in Switzerland with no cellular data only on gas station Wi-Fi and the motorcycle wasn't turning on but the helped me through emails and WhatsApp immediately and we figured out that the battery ran out, someone helped me charge it and I was shortly back on track. Overall an amazing experience and amazing service. 10/10

I took a motorcycle for hire in this company. Very polite staff and pleasant service. Prices pleased! The pleasure got a tremendous from riding a motorcycle around the city. I advise everyone!

Response was slow to enquiry. Finally did get a response told initially 'No problem' then a day later told 'closed until 7th Jan', so I went with a competitor in the area instead . Even though the website allowed date to be booked.

We rented a scooter for a day. To travel around Rome better than a scooter probably do not come up with anything. The scooters themselves are rather old but technically sound, the design does not cause any difficulties, it is enough to show the rights from the documents.

It is very good that when you take a motorcycle for rent, you are also given additional ammunition. Of those motorcycles that I had to rent, the most convenient was the BMW F800R. The tenants of motorcycles contacted me quickly, about an hour after the order, because transportation was urgent. Since in Italy, in Verona it is better to travel by motorbike than on cars. Thank the organization for renting motorcycles.
