Wanted a new bowls bag. Searched internet and found bag I wanted at the right price and free delivery.
Unfortunately they use Royal Mail, who normally are superb, but in this case although advising delivery on Wednesday between set times , which we awaited all day, didn’t deliver until Thursday . Bag superb

I had no reason to ring Toprink about anything, so I couldn't comment on the customer service, but I would recommend them to anyone for bowls related purchases.
I did find the item quite a bit cheaper elsewhere, but these guys were still cheaper than the good majority anyway.
Looking forward to ordering from them again in the not too distant future.

I was disappointed that they advertised shoes they didn’t have in stock, however they promised to correct this in 3 months time, and this was acceptable

I was impressed by the quick delivery and carefully packaged item I received.

The trousers are exactly as described as they are unisex allowing a man to have a smaller inside leg 25” which is not generally available. They are good quality and fit for purpose. The delivery was very quick and kept informed of the delivery

I contacted the store via telephone as i had a query in regard to sizing of the waterproof garments. The outcome was I placed an order with a very helpful assistant. The parcel arrived within a 72 hour service.
