It’s a scam do not buy from these scum bags

Ordered items June 19th had nothing back! Chased with numerous emails with no reply ! Terrible service !

Thieves, took my money and didn't receive item. Told me item has been delivered but it never has been. Awful company do not use!!

Thieves!!! advertised on internet - dress and top arrived- far too small -POOR QUALITY- SEE THROUGH FABRIC I paid ALMOST£100 & POSTAGE £12.10 to return items on 31 July 2021- The parcel has been returned to me today 12 April 2022- I checked on Google maps Sreet view the address- the building -post code BEFORE RETURNING Do NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SO-CALLED BUSINESS. LIARS & THIEVES- JUST TAKING MONEY

I am still waiting for a refund but Targetsweet (deqiu li) say they havn't received the returned dress even though I have evidence it has been received and signed for. Surely Pay-pal, Facebook or some-one can stop these people taking our money, I know its difficult as they trade under so many names but help !!!!!!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY:
I ordered 2 tops they were far too small despite ordering a large- I am size 14.
I tried to organise to send them back but they were very obstructive, so I involved paypal and they agreed that I should send them back.
Paypal and I waited for a refund but none was forthcoming, so paypal refunded my money.
In the interim and 4 months later I have just received the tops back in the post because the company had refused the return.
The are not a company to be doing business with and I have already suggested to PayPal that they do not accept payments to the company.
A disgrace and a shame as I now avoid all purchases including on Amazon that might be china orientated.

Quite honestly the worst company I’ve ever ordered from.
The website looks amazing and I was sadly drawn in from a Facebook advert. I ordered two dresses very early August; they were awful material and much too large.
I lost count of the endless emails I’ve sent requesting a refund - they offer percentages of your money and ONLY offered a full refund if I returned the items.
It then took more emails to obtain an address - which is in China. I paid close on £10 to post abroad and apparently- they’ve not received it yet.
So I’m almost five months on with nothing resolved. A JOKE of a company.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.
Still waiting for a refund from over 6 months ago.

Would like to leave zero stars for this crowd!
Ordered a 'Cotton dress' and it was quite expensive so had hoped it would look like the picture.
Sadly, I received an ugly, wide shirt thing made out of the poorest quality material, it felt like a cheap shower curtain!
They offered 30% refund, I asked for total refund. They refused. We emailed back and forth and when I finally got threatening, they agreed to refund the lot if I sent it back. I think I've written about 14 emails following this up and eventually put in a PayPal claim for the reimbursement.
So, I'm out the postage but after months have got my original money back.
They are shonky. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

If I could leave no stars I would. This company is disgusting and I advise no one to use them. Ordered from them 2 sizes larger than I would normally as not sure of sizing, items so badly and cheaply made they didn't fit - spent nearly 10 days trying to get an address from them to return the items as supplied with no packing note.....during this time they advised me the items would be stolen by customs if I tried to return them and was told I should give them to friends and family as a gesture of goodwill?? Then offered 10% refund, then 20% then 30% all of which I refused. Was then sent a return address and was told I would receive a refund....cost me £18 to return and now I have proof that the items are back with them they will not respond to the 5 emails I have sent. They have a head office in Milton Keynes so will now try the legal route. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I ordered a necklace from this company on August 1st costing £17.Obviously as with other reviews it's never arrived.Probably because it costs more to ship it than if I had ordered clothes.Happy to take my money though!!!!I have emailed them and haven't got a response.I ordered after the website kept popping up on my Facebook news feed amazing how since I ordered from these charlatans I've not had a single advert pop up.Avoid like the plague.

Absolutely disgusting - such poor quality, dreadful sizing, took 4 weeks to arrive - no one will talk to you, they ask you to post back to China at your own cost which is more than the goods are worth. Will not refund you. Have referred them to Instagram (who did remove them) and everybody else I can think of. DON'T BUY FROM THEM - THEY ALSO CHANGE THEIR NAME ALL THE TIME - BE CAREFUL.

if I only I can give a zero poor quality poor service, worst thing is you cant chase them for a refund or cancellation. do not order from this site.
I ordered something 3 months ago and only received half of my order, paypal will not do anything, trying to get in touch with them is a waste of time

I've recently purchased a dress I wish I'd have read the reviews before. The reviews of the dress were 5 stars so I bought it. The fabric is OK, but anything else is nothing like the picture. It supposed to be a knee length dress but the front actually just covering my hip. The back is about at the middle of my thighs. This is rather a maternity top so I can't wear it outside of the house being 50 years old. It picks up at the breasts and hanging like I'm in the last trimester. Awful. I wrote a review {bad one} but there is no sign of my review. They only show the 5 stars, but now I have doubt if they're actually real reviews. I wasted £25 on something I'll never be able to wear outside. I'll never will be buying anything from here.

Like EVERYONE else who has left a review, I ordered a lovely yellow dress in a size they said was equivalent to a UK 14. I'm a 12/14. When it arrived it was MASSIVE, GREEN & CHEAP THIN MATERIAL, SHODDILY SEWN.
I emailed asking how to return it & get a refund - as per my Consumer Rights.
The response I got was just one blaming me for ordering it and not offering the refund.
I pointed out my rights and that I was going to contact the Office of Fair Trading, but they asked me not to, then ignore all my emails.
Appalling company.. DO NOT BUY FROM TOPSCHIC Ever!!!!

This company also trades as beauty US corp. Ordered 2 dresses over a month ago which have not been delivered. Email contact resulted in them advising me to give the items to a friend (difficult as I have yet to receive them ) and they will refund me 10 % of my payment. They state that due to high shipping costs it is not worth my while returning items - again, my attempts to explain I have no items to return appears to fall on deaf ears. Do not buy from these con artists.

NEVER EVER buy from this company. They are charlatans. Poor and extremely shoddy goods. Trying to obtain a refund is proving impossible. I only wish I could put them out of business.

Wish I'd read reviews... Spent £107... No sign of the order.... Thoroughly disgusted
