Great service! I made an error on shipping address and they quickly corrected the error via email. I sent cookies to my sister in Florida and they arrived on time and she loved them! Best cookies and quality ingredients.

We ordered a huge batch for our employee appreciation event at the hospital and everyone loved them!! Heather was a delight to work with and they even customized the stickers on each ones at no charge. Highly recommend!

Heather and team always go above and beyond to make sure the order is right. We are longtime customers and the cookies are consistently delicious, but the service takes the experience to the next level. There was a glitch on the website when I ordered, and Heather reached out and personally made sure I got exactly what I wanted, when I wanted.

And the cookies are perfect. Soft but fully cooked, flavorful, and just the right size. Top Shelf is our favorite place to get cookies and I don't see that ever changing.

Ordered them over a week ago, and still says they haven’t been shipped.

Cookies were a hit for studying for finals ! First package was lost in the mail - and they were re-shipped . Both packages arrived in the mailroom eventually - so the whole suite enjoyed while studying . These future nurses gave them a 5 out of 5 . Thank you , will definitely ship more cookies in the future .

TSC are amazing. TSC are always a hit when I send as a gift--especially the Black & Golds! Great cookies and Great customer service. I highly recommend!
