I await your cookies with high expectations and am never disappointed. Receiving them is fun; eating them is delicious. Sometimes I get a pleasant surprise. Chocolate is always welcome, but your novel recipes of other flavors too are delightful. Thank you.

I had my order shipped. The post office shoved the box in my mailbox; it was a very tight fit and crumpled the box. There was no indicator on the box that it came from a bakery & had no “fragile handle with care” on it. This may be helpful for future shipped orders. Of the four flavors I ordered, only one was chewy & fresh tasting (yum to the chocolate mint!) The other three flavors were hard but still tasted good. I would be hesitant to do a mail order in the future.

Great Customer Service! Almost better than the cookies, if you can believe that. I placed an order to send to a family member in Alabama - then found out they were leaving for vacation a day earlier than anticipated. I sent an email in asking to delay shipping until everyone came home. Fast response, not a problem and my brother came home to his new 2nd favorite cookies - the Boston Banana Rum. First favorite is still the ones I sent him made with Winter Warmer.
