Placed an order in March 2020, £65 later order never arrived and it is now Sept 2021 they ignore emails and there is no other method of contact(smart move) I suggest you give this company a wide birth.

TOP SHOP - FLOP!!
Needed garments for a special occasion so paid for next day delivery - was charged £6! however, once they took my money, an email informed me there would be 'delays'. The order came a few days later... NOT NEXT DAY, so ofcourse, I requested a refund for the £6 - My right as a customer, I paid for a service which did not happen.
Top shop have not responded, not refunded... it has been weeks?
Refund my delivery charge Top Shop... It's a disgrace!
