You could barely find any toppings, regardless of what type of pizza you order you will get a mushy dough with a few bits on it. It is a slap in the face of coatumers considering the price is quite high.

I love tops pizza, have eaten from tops from many shops. I was happy when i heard there was a shop in Cardiff. I have been there twice and have been disappointed on both occasions, its not the food it's the staff. The first time the staff didn't put on the extra toppings, the second time i drove 4 miles to get there and 4 miles back and opened the box and i had the wrong pizza. It's so disappointing, so will never go again 😞

I ordered a pizza which was peri peri lover 2 for £16:99 and I tasted them and they taste horrible the sauce of the pizza was different it was domino pasta sauce in the pizza not peri peri and I rang the restaurant and told them about this and the man said how u ate all pizza I said na just 4 slice and the lady comes saying that she will taste the sauce give me a minute like is she some type of angle that hooped in my house and tasted like what did she tatse cuz she don’t even think to her self like use ur brisn that god gave u she never even said ill send a person to collect pizza and change rather than that they said we can’t do nothing since she thinks it’s the same taste like it’s not even the same taste she thinks it’s the same the peri peri sauce it meat to be medium spicy she was meant to put other sauce

I waited over one hours for my two pizza that didn't arrive when I phoned Tops pizza the guy told me he rang my mobile two times what was a lie I had no miss calls but the guy I was speaking to was not having it that he didn't ring. So what I'm going on is don't bother with this place they have a bad reviews what I didn't know about otherwise I wouldn't have ordered from them

Tops Pizza East Grinstead are great. Pizzas are delicious and delivered piping hot. They have great deals. Garlic bread is tasty. Potato skins are lovely. Service is first class. Highly recommended. Best pizzas in East Grinstead.

Not long had my order delivered  its been a while since have ordered from you, was hoping for the nice stong cheesey stuff crust but no flavour, disappointed, pay the extra waste of money. Usually good but very disappointed

Tops Pizza has to be the best pizza chain in the UK. Cannot fault the Sheffield branch. A large menu, excellent service and always fast delivery. The food always arrives hot and fresh and, unlike other stores, they are generous with the toppings.

Pizza was very disappointing. Ordered thin crust. Pizza was normal/thick crust and undercooked. Delivery driver was extremely rude. This is from Elephant & Castle branch 07/03/2026 20:00.

Ordered from Folkestone branch at 2pm
Order was confirmed by the branch and it got to 4pm and still no food. Called the branch and they said they don’t have any delivery drivers.. I asked why they didn’t call me to explain that and he just got aggressive saying “what do you want us to do boss” he then Said it will be with me at 5pm which I declined and said I’d like a refund which he wasn’t reluctant to do until I said I’ll call the head office to which I received an email instantly saying my order wasn’t accepted.

Called the head office to complain as wasn’t sure if I was going to get my money back and the lady was extremely helpful on the phone and called the store to find out what happened she then called me back to apologies again and told me she’s voided the payment and I’ll get it back straight away which I did and also told me she’s closed the store until they fix the issue there.

Have never provided this company with any of my details, never signed up for a newsletter or anything. Never purchased a pizza from them.

They have somehow accessed my mobile and address. Or grabbed them from the Electoral Register.

Tops Pizza has seemingly managed to delete my Google Review. Oh dear. Seems like I may have touched a nerve.

Ordered pizza and received the wrong order. One of the pizzas contained pork, which we do not eat. When I phoned the takeaway to explain, the person on the phone didn’t seem to know what order I was talking about and repeatedly told me the order was “on the way,” despite me clearly explaining we had already received it.

He was dismissive, uninterested, and offered no real solution—just said “next time” they would send the right pizza, which doesn’t help when you’re left with food you can’t eat. I had to push just to get a vague “I’ll try” about replacing it.

End result: no usable food and poor customer service. Very disappointing experience and won’t be ordering from here again.

Tops pizza is in my opion the best pizza if you're a regular customer you will know why I say this. The food is always hot and the toppings are excellent and genours. Just speak to the guys and they can detail any toppings you require. I personally don't rate domino's or pizza hut. Get to know your local tops pizza team, they have been looking after myself and freids for over 3 and a half years. And put simply i wouldn't consider ordering pizza from anyone except tops pizza. I tried do like it but it was mid at best and it is expensive. Paid extra for a black olives and tomato sauce (barely any of both). Wanted normal fried chicken but got chilli. Got to my flat 10 minutes late even though it is like a 4 minute walk. Rubbery dough

Good service from store staff and delivery driver. No number provided and they managed to find my address.

Superb service, shop was not open but the fella came to the door when I tapped on the window, he gave me a menu, I ordered the deal of the day when I got home which was delivered within 25 minutes exactly what I ordered, really good toppings,loads of pepperami and nice and warm when it turned up, highly recommended 👍

Thick, bread like 'dough', half cooked with barely any tomato sauce (I paid for extra) and missing the toppings I ordered.
Like cheap, thick, poor quality bread with a raw top, smeared and squashed. The so called 'cheezy crust' is a normal crust with a strange cheese like dough mushed into it.
When I called the restaurant to politely inform them of the missing toppings the employee argued with me until I gave up.
Just choose somewhere else.

I never order from Tops pizza. Today reminded me why. They block the pavement by parking their delivery vehicles on the pavement. And this despite the free and available car park on the other side of the road. Not just once, not just twice, but every time, everyday. And there’s more than one delivery vehicle. I’ve just watched someone walking with a cane with limited vision have to work their way past the delivery van blocking the pavement. Lazy staff with no training. I will never order from these jokers. Ever. Never. Ever.

Got a pizza from Colchester branch first time and last it was dry and tasteless never again. £13.99 down the drain

Absolutely top notch. 1st time visitor to High Wycombe branch. Very friendly staff. The pizza was outstanding and ate it all. Well done everyone. Will be back 😍

Extremely disappointed with this order.
The pizza arrived almost 30 minutes late, and the driver didn’t even bother to deliver it to the door. The BBQ pizza was completely tasteless — barely any sauce, and the chicken was dry. But the worst part was finding a large piece of plastic inside a pepperoni slice. Thank God my husband noticed it in time and spat it out and it’s good that it was him and not a my child who also had a slice of it. This is absolutely unacceptable and a serious health and safety issue. I will never be ordering from you again!
