Terrible service instore
Did most of the homework via the website but still wanted to see the fire pit for myself instore…….got there 1.45 last Friday and no one around to ask for service, eventually saw a bell to press and a man came from office. Possibly the worst service I’ve ever had from anywhere, I was problay not spending enough…. ….couldn’t really answer our questions but more importantly didn’t seem bothered. We amazingly still purchased the fire pit as it was for Father’s Day but would I recommend this place ……well if you don’t want personal service but are confident on what you want to purchase then good luck
