Great company to deal with
From the moment we walked into Topstak, we were made to feel welcome and valued customers. We wanted a Woodburner stove but were unsure what we could have in our house. James Roberts guided us through the options with great patience and we never felt pressured to purchase. James came and surveyed the house making recommendations as to combustible material that would be too near a wood burning fire and guided us to options. James and Topstak had all the solutions and arranged everything for us. The installation date came and another James ( James Orwin) carried out the install. Being an older house he had a few problems, but calmly and efficiently solved them and completed the work. He was absolutely brilliant. Dust sheets were put down before starting work and he cleaned up after completion. He didn’t mind my questions and was easy and pleasant to have around the house. All in all a brilliant experience. Cannot recommend Topstak highly enough. Very professional and easy to deal with company that we felt never pressured us into anything and gave us options to make our own decisions. Thank you to James and the Topstak team.

Excellent from start to finish
Guys at Top Stack very knowledgeable and helpful. Reserved a Contura wood burner back in May 23 for a small deposit as we were in the process of buying a house in the forest. Finally moved at the end of August. Used Top Stack recommended fitters, Kevin & Ben who were excellent. Lovely lads who certainly knew what they were doing, left everything clean and tidy and Ben even made me a coffee.
More than happy with the result, better than expected.
The Contura is a fabulous unit, easy to use and keep clean. House is toasty warm within minutes of lighting.
Thank you Top Stack, already recommending to friends and neighbours.

Great service, delivery arrived exactly as expected, the driver was very accommodating in regards to where the load was to be dropped off.
Topstak was highly recommended to me by another regular customer.
