it's a good platform the only thing is…
it's a good platform the only thing is that on the weekend you can't trade due to maintained. and the payout takes about a week to be released to your account. payout max 6K. it can be better hopefully soon.

What I love about TOPSTEP is they do…
What I love about TOPSTEP is they do not have an affiliate program. That means your not being sold by every guru out there just to make a buck. I love their simple one rule policy and payout plan. I love the included education and keeping the prices fair for the combine challenges. I love the fact that the ones teaching are traders from the PIT when there was a PIT and there is education on all sessions live on YOUTUBE. Customer service is 100% and they have been around for 16yrs and just keeps getting better. Thank you TOPSTEP!

Discrepancy for best day on account dashboard and projectx platform
Customer service rep Shanteria has ghosted me.
My issue raised was that there was a discrepancy for "Best day" on account dashboard and Projectx platform for consistency account. I sent screenshots to an agent the day before about the discrepancy where my best day on the dashboard shows an inflated amount preventing me from a payout asking to make more profit. I was told this should reflect at 15:00 CT that same day.
However, it was not and I reached out again this time to Shanteria and had to send the same screenshots again. I was told this time it was raised to level 2 and cannot trade the account for 2 business days.
Firstly, I trade for a living and obviously the customer service has a lack of understanding that you're basically asking someone not to "work for 2 days".
Secondly, I was reassured that this should have been fixed the day before. I tried to compromise by asking for free resets or an account in exchange in return for being punishing for the discrepancy on their end and totally not my fault. They used to do this when it was not the trader's fault so I see it as fair compensation.
So, the initial fix was not delicered and currently, im sitting on the sidelines not being able to trade for 2 business days for a discrepancy which is not my fault, with customer service with a lack of understanding, and no compensation.
I would be willing to change my review if there was some sort of compensation.
