Your set up process was for the most part efficient and logical. One criticism is that when we got passed from person to person, we found ourselves having to tell our entire story. It felt as though the information should have been captured and passed on to the next Toptal point of contact. Otherwise, the service was prompt, attentive, thoughtful and smart. So was the execution by the tech who we contracted.
