Top tech is a hub that other scamming companies use to promote their crappy items to the public. Top tech list reviews of the products as excellent, then direct you to the scammers site. All looks fine till you purchase !! You may get charged for multiple items, you may get charged more for each item, you may not get any of the items you purchased. And don’t bother trying to contact them… a waste of time. Be safe and stay away from Toptech

This is a poor excuse for a company. I purchased a laptop for my mother for her birthday and they sent me a busted laptop! I tried to call and email them for months! ALL THEY DO IS TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY!!!! I HOPE EVERYONE READS THE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE ORDERING FROM THEM!

Never received my laptop and all they did was take my money and im still waiting for a refund 6 months later

TopTech failed at almost every step: failed to respond, failed to deliver, and failed to cancel my order! Probably the worst seller I’ve had to deal with.

This has been the worse experience ever, I ordered a computer, it didn't arrive, so they say I need to give them my phone number and I do, still no computer, so I ask for my money back and I haven't heard from yhem except ti ask me for my review of their service. What a joke..... Don't buy from these people, if you had a good experience lucky you.

Never received the order. Did receive many conflicting emails regarding the order, including a tracking number that was not valid

Here is how they work: They will create a USPS shipping label, falsely tell you that the item has "shipped", but the item never actually makes it to USPS. I have read other reviews that confirms that this is their habit. Finally had to get my credit card company to credit my account. I should have researched this company more thoroughly before ordering. Lesson learned.

never received the computer i ordered.
called company several times. when i actually talked to someone (4 times)they said sorry and order was shipping next day.
after 4 weeks i finally gave up.

I ordered a computer back in March and I haven’t received it. You have my money and won’t give me a credit. I will never do business with you again.

I would give this crap 0 stars if I could. Its a scam. I wish I read the reviews first. I paid $149.00 back on Febuary 26th. Never received my laptop or a refund. Do not buy from these scam artist.
