Not sure how you can get $4.77 as 8.2% of $57.86 for tax (all according to their site), But the first thing that caught my attention was charging tax on shipping and "shipping insurance", when the page stated "purchases over $45 get free shipping". Oh, and you don't see the total till AFTER your card is billed!
