Top to Toe's training department has always been happy to help whenever I've required any assistance.
The Tech department are very good, friendly and helpful, quick to respond and resolve issues quickly.
For my work the various reports for stock and sales are very useful and for ordering stock the Purchase Order and Delivery modules are easy to use.
I would certainly recommend top to toe, I myself have used a few Epos systems and Top to Toe is up there as one of the best I've used.

The technical team get things done. Any problems get solved pretty quickly. The Training team are really on the ball - always there if we need to find something out.
In regard to the system, the till software is very simple; nice and easy to use. We have no problems with it - it does what we need it do. The back-office hub gives us all the information we need to run the business. There are so many reports to choose from !

Good system, easy to use, even for my dad who isn't very tech savvy. The training was good and my trainer Matthew Harris was helpful. By connecting my shopify website to my shop floor i have increased my online sales over night. This has helped my business to the point where we are considering hiring a stock assistant full time to man the online part of our business (we've only been live for a month!) Definitely recommend

The top to toe system has proved invaluable for my business, enabling me to keep track of what's going on both in-store and online on my laptop, wherever I am. I can remotely access the stock management system, see what's going on with till receipts and sales pretty much as it's happening (slight lag, perhaps half an hour), look at receipts online and generate reports whenever I want, according to business need. The Gait link, from the back office to my shopify online store ensures there is very little manual entry when sales are made (only online returns are entered manually in the back office). It's pretty seamless and, because Top to Toe have been around a long time, there have been very few, actually none that I can think of, technical glitches relating to the epos and stock managment system.
The Support guys are really responsive, which is absolutely key. You can guarantee getting to speak to someone fast if you need help, and it will be someone you've worked with before. I've only ever spoken to the same three guys, I get the impression they don't need a big support team because their system just works!

We recently purchased an EPOS System to monitor our stock levels & move our department store on-line. We are in business almost 125years, we know the value of customer service. Adam & especially Matthew in the training department were outstanding, nothing was too much trouble. There was always a respond & solution to our queries. We would recommend their EPOS system. We have used top2toe for a number of years now. They are always on hand to help out when they can and talk us through the system when we don't know what to do. The reports in the back office are a great way to do stock checks and get stock figures for year end accounts etc. It's easy to use, easy to learn and the staff at top to toe are fantastic! Would highly recommend!

Top to Toe has streamlined our business structure so well that we now have time for a tea break! I honestly don’t know what we did before using the Top to Toe system. It’s simple and straight forward to use. Half a day’s training and the staff are now experts! At a click of a button I can see what’s selling and what isn’t and the stock control system is second to none. If you’re not using Top to Toe- you should be!
