I purchased a tower from Toptower for the bank holiday weekend and was careful to check delivery timing in advance. Using their online chat and a follow up phone call, I was assured that ordering when I did would guarantee delivery by Friday.
However, no communication was received on the day no text or update from the courier. I waited in as expected, and after chasing at 3:30pm (with no call back), I called again at 4:30pm only to be told the item was still at the couriers depot.
As a result, I had to hire a tower elsewhere for the weekend. I emailed to cancel the order but received no response. Despite this, the tower was delivered on Tuesday whilst I was at work and was refused. I emailed again and still have had no reply, no confirmation of cancellation, and no confirmation of a refund.
The ordering process initially seemed helpful, but the lack of delivery reliability and complete absence of follow up or customer service has been very disappointing.

Excellent service from Top Towers. Fast delivery and got exactly what was offered and needed. Easy to erect and as light as a feather to move. Once the initial set up is done re-erecting is quick and easy. No hesitation in recommending this company.

In November 2024, I decided that I would be better suited to using a tower rather than ladders any more due to my age. Having found TopTower Ltd on line I purchased their Classic Tower 4' x 4' x 14'3 & SPU. The process was very easy, and everything turned up on time, and having received the Tower Assembly having checked everything was OK, I now knew that once the better weather arrived in 2025 I was suitably prepared to do the high hedges and anything on the house. Later on in 2024 I decided to order on a couple occasions a few additional components. I spoke to Lloyd at TopTower and he was extremely helpful. So what I will say if you need a good lightweight tower assembly for home or garden TopTower is the place to go, and in so doing so you are also supporting British Industries. As they say it does what it says on the tin. M.J.D.

I don't normally write reviews but ... I have had a really great experience with this company. Buying a scaffold is way outside my usual comfort zone but they talked me through it and then were very helpful when I actually had to return it. You can phone and speak to an actual human! Would definitely recommend them, excellent service hard to come by these days.

Bought a scaffolding tower from this company a few years ago. It's great quality and I always feel safe up it. I've just been in correspondence to purchase a couple of extra bits - so easy, so helpful, delivery is quick and very fair price.
You really shouldn't look elsewhere. Excellent product, very polished customer service, and totally reasonable pricing.

The items I needed were a very good price with free next day delivery, my order arrived today as scheduled.

Appalling customer service. I ordered a relatively small domestic tower which was advertised for delivery within 10 days. I received a phone call after 10 days to tell me that the first delivery opportunity was another 10 days later. Having accepted the late delivery date I was surprised to only receive 2 small parts of a complete tower. I called to ask what had happened and why to be told that having despatched the tower 2 days earlier TopTower had fulfilled their customer service brief and would not be finding out where the balance of the Tower had ended up. No offer of assistance, no offer of apology. Just a simple - We have done our bit. I'm now left with a few base rails and a chase through the Bank to reclaim the payment.

Just a quick shout out review for TopTower. I made a recent purchase after reviewing their website. Great friendly chat on the phone with the guy at TopTower which ensured correct DIY scaffold was purchased. Very fast delivery, effortless process throughout and very professional service. I ordered my staging online I received a phone call to confirm my order and to check that I would be in the following day. The next day my staging was delivered free.
I have used it an it is very stable.

I gave the guys a call to question delivery availability, they said next day wouldn't be a problem. So I hung up made the payment & within 3 mins the gentleman rang me back to confirm my order then he realised I'd ordered the wrong tower. Issued me an on the spot refund & helped me get the tower I actually needed . Never have I had service like this before. Spot on. I would definitely recommend buying from here again. Thanks a million guys.

Not used this company before but needed some Porta nails, they were cheaper than the other sites id used before and the nails were delivered next day with free delivery.
