Misleading experience.

I followed what was supposed to be a legitimate link from a UK based music store to buy a speaker. I followed all of the payment stages which confirmed what I was supposed to be buying. There was no speaker. It was a way to sell me credit. Most misleading. Fortunately one of the advisors Jeremy has confirmed he will refund my money,

I was very pleased with the help…

I was very pleased with the help provided by Phoebe from the Escalation Team. She took the time to listen to my issue and offered a fast and effective solution. The customer service was professional, attentive, and understanding. I highly recommend toptoys.store for their reliability and quality support.
